It gives you accurate mile information and I don’t go anywhere outside of my familiar driving area unless I have my destination address put in my Tom Tom. Think of it as your secret passenger helping you get to an unfamiliar destination or even looking forward to a short cut to a destination you know. If I’m going to have a back seat driver it’s going to be this Tom Tom.

Crap. Buy a new one.
It never worked. Had to return and they just sent the same exact one back to me instead of exchanging. It wouldn’t connect or register a location at all. I got it for my elderly father in law who had been using the same model for years and just wanted it replaced. I ended up finding one at a flea market that worked just fine.

This wouldn’t connect most of the time, even with a cloudless sky. It connected one time after 10 minutes of being turned on. The POI system doesn’t work at all and the Bluetooth won’t connect to my iPhone so the Traffic service won’t work and that’s probably why the POI doesn’t work. To add insult to injury, I have to pay the shipping to return this and it cost me 33% of the product price.

the item did not work at all, they said it would be like new, not true. Then they charge me postage to return it,I’m a Prime member of Amazon so don’t understand why the postage. would never order from this company again, the company is Zkarlo.

Did not work did not turn on plugged it in and nothing even though it was a reconditioned unit it’s still the ship to me broken so I shipped it back
