The strap is a must!
I have one with NO strap and i was constantly adjusting it, not anymore! Cushion is GOOD too, not too firm, not too soft, hella comfortable. Soft fabric.

great but wish it was longer
Great cushion. and provides excellent support for the lower back. However, i wish it had a taller back, as well as the cushion length was longer. I am 5’6 and this falls a bit short on both. otherwise its great.

For those with tailbone issues, this is the best seat cushion!
Finally!!! After buying so many seat cushions, pillows, etc… this is the BEST of the best for a jacked up tailbone. After fracturing my tailbone decades ago, sitting for long periods of time is torture. And guess what my job is…sitting for at least 9 hrs a day. The carved out joke is exactly where the tailbone woukf sit and it’s absolutely perfect. Well done! I’m buying another one for my car right now.

Won’t stay put
Not as comfortable as I thought it would be. Even connected to the seat with the attached strap it shifts when I get out of the car, so when I get back in my left hip is sitting lower than my right hip….so I have to adjust it every time I get in the car.

Soft, Comfortable, Ergonomic.
This lightweight cushion holds its firmness and adjusts automatically to contour your body when seated. I use this EVERYDAY. Not too thick, but not too thin, high-quality materials making it great for travel on long trips, or short runs.

in between soft and firm cushion. Works great in the office chair.
I would say that this seat is an in-between hard and soft foam. And I use it in my office chair.The too soft foam flattens to where you are pretty much sitting on the very seat of the chair you are trying make comfortable. The too hard foam, this one is tricky learned. So you need that support, right? However, too hard also pushes on the painful areas of your bottom around the tailbone pain. You need an in-between. Like Goldilocks and the three bears!This curved up back part of the seat, I am not entirely sure if that is part of the ergonomics specifically to the tailbone or more for back comfort. For me, this seems to be a huge benefit for the tailbone. I like that the hole for your tailbone actually forces your body in the correct spot. Whereas other seats move on you as you get into your chair, missing the tailbone cutout.Also another negative for other seats with no back part is that if you need a pillow for back support, the pillow blocks the tailbone cutout and you are totally missing correct spot because then you are slightly moved forward. This Seat Cushion for Truck Driver with a back, any pillow you want, sits on the ledge of the back so you are sitting in the same pot of the hole.

Very comfortable, definitely needs the strap to be attached behind the seat in order to keep the back portion upright and to prevent it from becoming a flat cushion.
