100 STARS!!!! PERFECT LATTE!!
The only thing I’m disappointed about is that I can’t leave 100 STARS!! This machine is AMAZING!!! I just got back from Las Vegas. At the spa there was a commercial automatic espresso machine that made several different hot and cold drinks. We also had eaten at Ramsey’s kitchen and ordered a latte. Our waiter told us the restaurant had the top of the line espresso machine…it’s Gordon Ramsey’s restaurant so it has to be the best. I got online and started researching automatic espresso machines. I own the Breville Espresso machine that costs $700. While researching > came across this AIRMSEN 20 Bar Espresso Machine deep into my search. I mean like page 20! I put it in my cart along with some others ranging in price from $350-$1200. I had never heard of the brand before so I was a little teary. I’m SOOOOO HAPPY WITH machine. It produces the exact same quality espresso as those $1000 machines!! I’m addicted. Set up instructions are not really clear. But I set it up just as I did my Breville. Ran a couple of milk frothing cycles as well as a few espresso cycles to clean the inside mechanisms before the first use. I used a store brand decaf coffee as well as a Lavaza Decaf. Both were delicious. Of the Lavaza had a more robust flavor but still the milk foam was perfection!! Male sure your cup/mug is short and wide rather than tall because ot will be difficult to remove with the portafilter in of your mug is too tall. Other than that this little machine makes a Really Nice Latte!! The temp was nice and hot, the foam was perfectly foamy and silky. After making 2 Lattes i just removed the milk holder and placed it in the fridge with the leftover milk and when I want another (which will be right after I finish this review Ha) I’ll just replace the milk holder and simply push a button for an instant latte!! I’m addicted.

An upkeep nightmare that lasts 3 months!
This was my first espresso machine and I must say I was very happy with it initially. The machine made excellent espresso and latte drinks but the upkeep was very intensive from the beginning. I bought the machine in October 2025 and now as of March 1st it is officially dead! During the few months of ownership it worked fine but the frother was always a problem requiring constant cleaning! While the coffee was fine I am writing off my experience and going back to regular coffee.If you’re looking for an in home espresso machine look somewhere else!

Nice espresso machine
U will need to customize your milk on your cappuccino and latte settings. The final temperature of the milked drinks is acceptable. I use a professional tamper and an espresso filter to make the the espresso prefect but I also did that with my older 15 bar espresso maker and this was far better

Clogged somehow but still great!
Worked great for a month, then it got clogged—not overfilled. Even did several clean settings and it still didn’t unclog. Didn’t care to try to reach out, had to take it completely apart to unclog it.Edited to further comment:Overall it was an amazing coffee maker until whether product malfunction or accidental user error caused it clog. We had no issues prior to that, and once we got it fixed we haven’t had issues since. While I want to keep my original post there, it seems to have been a one off fluke somehow, and wanted to give updated information.

Espresso, cappuccino, latte leap out, one or two shots, UGH UGH! Milk frother growl, make foam thick like bear pelt, no hand grind, pop off, clean quick. 20 Bar pump STRONG, rip juice from beans, better than puny machines—coffee bold, hot, ready in 15 heart thumps! Two boilers blaze fast, no stall, steel skin tough like mammoth bone, fit tiny cave corner. Big water pot, milk cave, no mess, no fuss. Alex feel like coffee shaman, worth mountain of flint! Five stars, UGH UGH UGH UGH!

I bought this fancy espresso machine as my first “grown up splurge” in my first owned home. I was so excited about it – researched for weeks – it was up to this machine vs an easy Nespresso machine. This machine worked for maybe a week (making one latte per day – with the total volume of espresso/milk/foam never exceeding more than 1/2 of a standard coffee mug – but at least it tasted good. Then the milk/froth part stopped working. I took everything apart – like the troubleshooting instructions say to do in the manual and success! It started working again for a few cups.When it stopped working again, I repeated all the steps I used to make it work last time – taking everything apart, including knobs etc, running the machine on clean, cleaning every nook and cranny I could get at. This time, it didn’t work.Now the espresso part “works” but produces very watered down shots. The milk/foam makes all of the noises like it should but when I look in the mug, there are only a few drops of milk, not a latte worth of milk foam.Now I have this expensive machine that won’t make me a latte. My friends all told me to stick with a tried and true Nespresso, but I really wanted to give a different brand a chance. It was delivered on Oct 5th, The last day to return was Nov 3 and now it is Nov 27. I didn’t start using it until the end of October because I was trying to find a specific bean and wanted to go to the US to get this amazing oat milk I like before trying to use the machine. Those are my causes for delay though, I understand that, but I really didn’t even try to use the machine until it was basically past the “cannot return time”.All in all. I recommend that you save your money and your time with this machine, and buy a Nespresso. They are far more reliable.

Excellente machine à café pour le prix. Un score de 8 sur10. Pression de 20 bars c’est plus que 15 comme certaines machines on obtient un excellent créma et un bon café. Même chose pour les cafés spécialisés cappuccino et latte, le mousseur à lait est excellent. Le panneau de contrôle est facile à comprendre. La machine fonctionne très bien, les accessoires (sauf les filtres) ne sont pas de grandes qualités mais ils font la job. Facile à utiliser. Reste à voir combien de temps elle va durée surtout je sais pas si elle est réparable et si il y a des pièces de disponibles. Je suis technicien et j’ai utilisé et réparé beaucoup de machine à café de cette catégorie et je peux dire que cette petite machine n’a pas de quoi a rougir devant des marques reconnues. Si elle fonctionne plus de 5 ans avec un entretien minimum ça vaudra un 10 sur 10. Il y a une garantie de 2 ans selon le constructeur et un service à la clientèle est disponible. Voir le manuel. Note: La machine de cette catégorie n’est pas plus bruyante, même moins, que certaines marques connues, les tasses sur le plateau peuvent légèrement bouger quand la machine fait du café a cause des vibrations, c’est normal pour ce type de machine.

Had this unit for a few weeks now and made dozens of espressos and lattes with it, and frothed milk for the kids (hot chocolate) –They loved how creamy it is!The espresso comes out very well with smooth rich taste if you use good quality beans and a mid-coarse grind coffee (lots of crema which I love). Note that there is no grinder built into this machine so you have to use your own grinder or buy pre-ground coffee. Another thing I notices is, it’s a bit noisy when brewing and does vibrate a bit so be cautious when leaving glass cups on top as they could easily slide off.I had some questions about the machine and the seller was very prompt and courteous, so bonus points for that!Overall very satisfied with it especially for the price compared to other options!

Great espresso with 20 bars and a surprisingly convenient function in detachable milk container/steamer for cappuccino or latte, which could be filled and kept in fridge until the moment you want to make a milky one. Would say it beats the old and well known brands that seem to have stopped innovate and evolve since a decade
