Excellent Smart Lock!
I absolutely love this smart door lock! Installation was super easy and everything worked perfectly right out of the box. The fingerprint recognition is fast and accurate, and the digital keypad makes it really convenient when I don’t want to carry keys. Great build quality, nice looking, great price, not so good app
This lock and doorknob is pretty nice for the price. We got it as a replacement for our last one that broke. This one has wayyyy better battery life. We use cheap rechargeable AA batteries and they lasted several months. In our old one I replaced the batteries almost every week. The buttons feel great are super responsive and light up at night to help you see. The only thing I have trouble with is the fingerprint sensor being a bit iffy and their app is very slow and not very user friendly. Setting up multiple users somehow was really complicated. The build quality makes up for that. Other than that, it’s a superb product. I’m giving the hardware a rating, not the app. Installation was a breeze also. I would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a reasonably priced, good looking, keypad lock and knob.

Great and Convenient Smart Lock
We recently just installed this door lock and it’s simply so convenient! The installation was easy and went smoothly as the instructions were relatively clear. Plus the design is sleek and modern.The fingerprint recognition is fast and accurate. The keypad with the code access is really nice especially when you don’t want to carry any keys. The fact that it can be controlled through the mobile app is super convenient, as it can be opened remotely. My family also enjoys all the little features it has to offer.It makes my home feel so much safer!

Did not work.
Lock was easy to install and set up. However, it will not lock. It sounds like it straining, doesn’t actually do anything. When I turn the knob to lock it manually, its very resistant. I purchased this for a friend after a DV situation, by the time we installed it and found it to not be functioning properly, it was out of the return window. Very disappointed.

Spend the extra money and get a good one!
Easy to install. Adding everything (fingers print and new door codes) took a minute but not too bad. Bluetooth will not work, I have reset it multiple times thinking that would work, deleted the app reinstalled it, took batteries out, and tried to manually activate Bluetooth still nothing.

Looks nice but…..
Most everything works and looks nice except the finger print scanner doesn’t work, worked when I first initially set it up and now it doesn’t tried to redo it and it’s not even detecting my finger also the app takes to long to connect by the time it connects you could have just entered your code.

Missing instructions
The lock set was missing the instructions for installing the digital dead bolt. Fortunately we were able to figure it out.We were able find the operating instructions on the Internet, using the support video on Amazon.The lock functions good.
