Great standing desk with easy assembly
Very sturdy desk “topper” to extend the height of a regular desk. I didn’t realize it wasn’t a desk until I put it on the floor and it was tall enough for a child, maybe. When I looked at the instructions and photos, I realized it goes on top of a desk. Either way, it’s very useful for a variety of purposes. I put off taking it out of the box assuming it would be a tedious assembly process but it was already mostly assembled. There is a handle to push to extend the legs, and the neatest part is that it has a hydraulic pump to easily collapse and extend the legs. It works very well to raise and lower it. The keyboard extension shelf was relatively easy to install only requiring 4 screws for attaching it to the desk and another 4 to the brackets. The only issue I encountered was the brackets were a bit bent out of shape and had to push them into place to insert the screws. Otherwise, it takes less than 10 minutes from opening the box to setting it up. The instructions were not great but I found a clear video on YouTube.A brief explanation for those trying to figure out how to attach the keyboard tray – turn the desk upside down and align the brackets with the screw holes on both sides. Then do the same with the keyboard tray (using the included Allen wrench). Easy enough and if you notice the holes don’t align with the brackets, just push them in to align them with the screw holes. I’m going to first try it as a standing desk and maybe eventually use it for projects in the garage or to put my Cricut machine on when using it.I look forward to using it in many facets. While the price seems a bit steep for lamminate, at least it’s not particle board. The easy operation, simple assembly, and hydraulic extension is a huge plus.

This is made of high quality metal. It is very heavy and sturdy. The lift mechanism is well damped and very smooth. Can hold 2 heavy monitors easily. Keyboard tray is very large and usable. Very happy with the item.

I really love this desk converter. This is an excellent adjustable height desk-top riser. It’s large enough for dual monitors, a keyboard and mouse. The lever to manually adjust the height is very easy to operate to set you preferred height. It’s pretty light, so moving it from one desk to another is not back breaking. The quality is on par with all other adjustable desk risers of this price point. If you telework, this is necessary to keep healthier and it will also keep your posture from becoming hunched over.
