Great investment
Love it! Pretty easy to set up and figure outVideos help a lot with installation. It comes with the ability to extend to be longer if you need that for your door. I applied I to my apartment door and am so pleased. I have not set up fingerprint because I wasn’t comfortable giving up my prints but I use the plastic pass or the key it looks so sleek and professional the lock works well after batteries are put in and it tells you in the app the strength of your batteries! So you know when to change

Assembly overall took me about 10 minutes and even watched the tutorial to ensure I did everything correctly. Registering it to my phone was easy enough and I love that it has an actual key in the case the tech breaks down. It unlocks easily, is very responsive when locking through your phone, and the pin pad has also been quite responsive. I love having this over needing to make a bunch of keys, now I can just send whoever a pin!

Great lock and customer support has been amazing!
So far we love the lock. Clean lines and looks great on our door. While setting up we need some support.
