Pros:NONE!Cons:Supposed to be new came used and opened missing security driver.After hours trying to charge it with 6 different yop brand name chargers the charge ligh never came on and it never went past 60% charge!After hunting down their proprietary app and waiting for it to update the firmware it refused to let me view the live stream claiming it was updating again but was actually hung up at 0% progress for an hour!Finnally decided to force the app to close and upon restarting it it connected to the camera.Made immediate screaching static noises on my phone even though I was 15 feet away and had to turn off the sound for it to stop!The app is not totally free it is a 90 day trial, and the device will work with an SD card but no cloud access after 90 days.This is just another AI powered scam and it gets everything wrong making an alert for a red haired woman with a mustache, personally I detest AI of any kind and do want it in my life!Conclusion:I started the return process on the same day it arrived after wasting my time trying to get it to function, look elsewhere for a REAL device!

Solar panel doesn’t ACTUALLY charge camera
I love this doorbell camera, it comes with a receiver to plug in inside so that you can hear the bell when it’s rung. It’s sleek and modern and super cool. The only issue is, I had been under the impression that the solar panel would charge or maintain the charge & I wouldn’t have to take it down to charge the battery but this is not the case. At first I thought maybe it was just in too shady of a place but have since moved it with the same result. The battery lasts for a very long time but, I just thought I would never need to charge it & you do have to charge it. But I installed it the end of June & at the start of September it needed to be charged again. Picture quality & sound are awesome & I highly recommend it even if it does need to be charged every few months 🙂

These are OKAY Doorbells, but Quite Cheap in Make and Function!
This doorbell is made in China and, although it looks nice with the pull-string chime, they are quite cheap. The sound quality and chime selection are very limited, and do NOT let the doorbells go completely dead because, after making that mistake, my sound quality now sounds like the teacher/trombone from the Peanuts cartoons (it is just noise now). The doorbell app has multiple typos/bad translations from a company whose first language is not English, but it is a nice app overall. You can access your cameras from anywhere, and the motion sensor of people placing packages on your doorstep works well. People can even leave video messages if you are not home on the doorbell.Sometimes, the AI descriptions (a $2/month paid subscription service after the initial 90 days of free service that comes with the product) can be a little wonky (it has mistaken me as a delivery person when I am carrying in groceries, etc.), but, overall, these doorbells are decent and WAY cheaper than a RING subscription.I would say try them out for yourself if you want a cheap alternative to the more expensive brand but recognize that they have LOTS of quirks. 🙂

Purchase this…. if you want frustration, a headache and being ripped off
This is the worst doorbell camera I’ve ever got in my life. It drops the Wi-Fi constantly so you’re not getting notifications if someone comes to your door. When the Wi-Fi is working it takes 7 minutes to notify me that someone is outside. When I try to put my Wi-Fi code back in it does absolutely nothing. It won’t connect I have to take the entire doorbell off and turn it off and turn it back on and try to connect it to the device that’s inside AGAIN. I have to go through the whole freaking thing all over again and I just did this two or three days ago and now I’m doing it again. It’s already dropped Wi-Fi again for no reason. now it’s too late for me to send it back and get a refund. And if you try to reach out through the app to the company… they just don’t ever reach back to you to help you troubleshoot. This is the most colossal piece of ****, waste of money I’ve ever spent in my life

Se ve muy bien y puedes interactuar con la persona que llama sin problemas. Varias cosas que le pongo pegas son… Primero que la app está en ingles ( la cual me han dicho que la van a actualizar para ponerla multilingüe). Segundo, cuando llaman te salta una notificación y no sigue sonando como si fuese una llamada y si no te das cuenta no podrás contestar porque ya se habrá ido la persona, solo es llamada una vez que abres la aplicación después de que te notifiquen que están llamando al timbre. Por lo demás va perfecto sin cables y sin instalaciones y yo lo tengo bastante retirado un aparato del otro y se conectan a la perfección. En definitiva lo volvería a comprar.

Everything is perfect with this product.Found the perfect place to install it but just haven’t got to it yet. Something has always come up when I tried to install it.
