Mostly Good to Great
High points: 1) I took this luggage on a 10-trip to Europe and subjected it to mostly cobblestone streets and sidewalks. The wheels remain in perfect condition. 2) The 2 locks that are used to open and close the luggage – exceptional. Strong, easy click open and close. 3) Travel handle – good. The wider handle makes it easier to wheel around. Although, there did appear to be some slight loosening on one side of the handle. Also, with the wider handle, it is a bit more difficult to hang another bag strap over it.Not As High Points: 1) The luggage holds very little in terms of clothing, laptop, tech essentials, etc. This luggage is good for a one day trip, two at most. 2) The laptop side pocket is a thin sheet of plastic. So far it hasn’t been damaged, but I won’t be surprised if there might be a crack in the future. 3) Used the internal battery charging cable to charge phone. It resulted in a slow charge. Perhaps due to the battery charger itself, although it works fine otherwise.Quality: Good-GreatZipper: Inside, good. External locks – exceptional.Space: LimitedValue: Probably would not purchase another one at $140Overall – if you’re looking for a sturdy hard case that conveniently opens/closes, this works well.

Escalator-Proof
I’m glad I upgraded to this suitcase. The 360 wheel roll made a huge difference. I don’t tend to use the cupholder, the charger or the locking outside computer storage compartment like I thought I would, but still feel like I got a great suitcase. I did have an opportunity to check its durability. I was at the top of the escalator when I saw someone had hooked their backback across the straightened handle. I thought I would try that, but the suitcase tipped and ended up sliding down the entirety of the airport’s escalator. A guy just getting on brought it up to me — not a scratch. Yeah.

Way Better than other brand (faqi) and not shiny.
1st I ordered the faqi brand because of the size. Just below 22 inches including the wheels. When it came, the plastic wares are so cheap that i feel like i would only be using it once and it will break. And i found this joyway. When it came, i checked all the features. The plastic ware is way decent in quality, the feel of it is better. I measured it and was right below 22 inches and the width and depth is right on point for what airlines approved of. Though it is a bit expensive than faqi brand (which i feel like i got f**** for the price and the quality of it) this is for sure the one that you are looking for. My friend ordered the nobl. I will compare it and will update. I heard that it’s way too big esp for small planes and that is why i hesitated and ordered joyway. We’ll see..

Excellent buy
What you see is what you get. Love it as a business traveler and leisure travel. The combo locks were very nice. Wider handle makes easy to roll. Only drawback is you can’t hook personal bag to handle, without buying a long enough strap. But I have back problems and the rolling is much easier. Placement of handles makes feel lighter to pick up…

Great bag, just a little small
Bag is great and I enjoyed the large handle and smooth motion. The drawback is the size of the bag. Once you pack over a day’s worth of clothing, the front laptop space cannot be used. If you only have a day or so of travel, this is great.

CANNOT UNLOCK FRONT COMPARTMENT — AND I DID NOT LOCK IT.
I cannot open the front compartment. It is locked & I did not lock it. I am about to lose my mind. I put my ipad in the front compartment and I almost missed my flight until a TSA agent came and unlocked it. The online tips are useless. How do you reset the lock? How do you unlock this thing? I am beside myself. Unable to contact this company. Fix this for me and I will update my review. In the meantime, this really stinks!More than a week later & you have not told me how to unlock this suitcase. I am calling Amazon and asking for a refund. However, I still have things locked in that front compartment. Obviously, your customer service stinks!!Amazon was useless. I wanted a replacement but they did offer a refund if I returned it. But I could not return it because I had stuff still locked inside the suitcase. I finally heard from the seller who gave me instructions to reset the password. It did not work. FINALLY, I leaned you can buy a key to open these locked suitcases. Ordered the key on Amazon for only $5.95; it arrived the next day and opened my suitcase in a nanosecond. HERE IS MY FINAL COMPLAINT: Obviously, the security offered by these luggage companies is only AN ILLUSION. Any thief can order these keys & open a stolen suitcase in the blink of an eye. I’m grateful for the key after many days of mental anguish but learned another reason not to trust the promises made by these companies.

Die Lieferung erfolgte recht zügig, in stabiler Kartonverpackung, und war sehr zuverlässig, da durch DHL!Das von mir gewählte schwarz-braune Set enthält einen Trolley, eine Reisetasche und einen Kulturbeutel.Das Braun gefällt mir in natura nicht so gut wie auf den Fotos, aber das ist ja reine Geschmacksache.Ich liste einfach mal auf, was mir beim Betrachten des KOFFERs ins Auge fällt.Der Teleskop-Griff lässt sich durch Drücken einer Taste im Handgriff in 3 unterschiedlichen Höhen/Längen justieren, was ich als sehr angenehm empfinde, allerdings haken die Stifte etwas, die beim Verstellen an 3 verschiedenen Positionen einrasten.Zusätzlich gibt es 2 silikonartige Griffe an den Seiten, einer an einer kurzen, einer an einer langen Seite, die sich aber schon jetzt seltsam anfühlen, sodass ich befürchte, dass diese Griffe, wie es leider häufig bei einem solchen Material vorkommt, mit der Zeit klebrig und damit unnutzbar werden. Das bleibt abzuwarten.4 Doppelrollen mit gummierter Lauffläche sorgen für einwandfreies und leises Rollen und für eine leichte Handhabung.Die Schalen des „Hartschalenkoffers“ geben bei Druck leicht nach, was sie vermutlich unempfindlicher macht.Der Reißverschluss läuft sehr gut, die recht großen Zipper sind gut zu greifen und können in einem TSA-Schloss (das von der Fluggastkontrolle mittels Spezialschlüssel geöffnet werden kann) mit dreistelliger Zahlenkombination fixiert und gesichert werden.Allerdings ist das beiliegende Zettelchen mit der Erklärung, wie das Schloss zu nutzen ist, in Chinesisch und Englisch und dermaßen klein geschrieben, dass ich es nicht lesen kann. Da hätte es doch möglich sein müssen, die Gebrauchsanweisung ausreichend groß zu drucken!Der Koffer ist komplett gefüttert; im Hauptfach kann die Kleidung mittels eines flexiblen Kreuzspanngurtes festgezurrt werden; die andere Seite wird durch einen Stoff, der zu 2/3 eine Netztasche beinhaltet, mit Doppelzipp-Reißverschluss verschlossen.Der Koffer ist insgesamt sehr gut durchdacht und wirklich gut gearbeitet.Auch die REISETASCHE macht einen sehr guten Eindruck.Die Tragegriffe lassen sich gut greifen und haben die richtige Länge, wenn man die Tasche ohne das unten angebrachte Zusatzfach nutzt (bei Nutzung des Fachs berührt die Tasche beim Tragen den Boden), sie sind aber lang genug, dass man die Tasche auch über der Schulter tragen kann.Zwischen den Tragegurten ist auf der rückwärtigem, also dem Nutzer zugewandten Seite eine kleine RV-Tasche angebracht, die gleichzeitig als Fixierung der Tasche an dem ausgefahrenen Teleskop-Griff des Trolleys dient!Der RV der Tasche läuft gut; die Tasche ist mit einem schwarzgrau gestreiften, seltsam knisternden Stoff gefüttert; auf der einen Seite sind 2 offene Einsteckfächer, auf der anderen ist ein RV-Fach.Im Boden befindet sich das schon erwähnte Zusatzfach, das durch Öffnen eines Reißverschlusses einiges an zusätzlichem Stauraum bietet und bei Nichtbedarf mit dem RV wieder geschlossen werden kann.Besonders gut gefällt mir, dass die Reisetasche in ihrer Größe dem Inhalt angepasst werden kann, erstens durch das im Boden befindliche Zusatzfach und zweitens durch 2 sich an den Kopfseiten der Tasche befindenden Bändern nebst Druckknöpfen, die – angeknöpft – die Höhe der Tasche reduzieren, losgelöst der Tasche dann mehr Volumen verleihen.Diese Bänder mit Druckknöpfen befinden sich auch an der KULTURTASCHE.Der Kulturbeutel ist wie die Reisetasche aus recht festem, vermutlich widerstandfähigem „Stoff“ (vermutlich abwaschbare Synthetik) gefertigt, hat ebenfalls den gestreiften Innenstoff, leider aber außer einem an der Längsseite sitzenden RV-Fach, das nur etwa 60% der Taschenhöhe beträgt, keine weiteren (Einsteck)Fächer.An der Seite des Bodens, an der sich bei geschlossenem TV der Zipper befindet, ist eine stabile Schlaufe angenäht, die ein Aufhängen des Beutels erlaubt.Ich entschuldige 😉 mich für diesen langen Text, aber um das Set mit seinen 3 Teilen exakt zu beschreiben und zu rezensieren, bedurfte es einiger Zeilen. ;-)Summa summarum bin ich sehr zufrieden mit diesem Reiseset und gebe gerne volle 5 Sterne!

Ich bin absolut begeistert von meinem neuen Trolleyset! Die Lieferung war unglaublich schnell und der Trolley kam in einer stabilen Kartonverpackung, die sicherstellte, dass alles in einwandfreiem Zustand ankam. Ich habe mich für die beige-braune Variante entschieden und die Farben sind wirklich wunderschön – genau wie auf den Bildern, die die Originalfarbe perfekt widerspiegeln.Das Set enthält den Trolley, eine Reisetasche und einen Kulturbeutel. Der Trolley selbst überzeugt durch seinen teleskopischen Griff, der sich mit einer Hand problemlos ein- und ausfahren lässt. Besonders gut finde ich, dass der Griff in drei verschiedenen Höhen einstellbar ist, sodass man ihn individuell anpassen kann. Die 4 Rollen (jeweils mit zwei Rollen pro Seite) wirken sehr stabil und rollen sich fantastisch. Sie gleiten ganz leicht und leise über den Boden, was das Ziehen des Trolleys zu einem absoluten Vergnügen macht.Die Kofferschalen wirken trotz ihrer etwas weicheren Struktur überraschend stabil. Der Reißverschluss lässt sich sehr leicht öffnen und schließen, ohne Probleme. Zudem gibt es ein kleines Schloss, das zur Sicherheit des Koffers genutzt werden kann, was ich sehr praktisch finde.Die Gebrauchsanleitung ist zwar ein wenig unhandlich, da sie nicht auf Deutsch ist und der Druck ziemlich klein ist, aber das ist wirklich das einzige Manko, das ich gefunden habe. Auf der einen Seite des Koffers gibt es einen praktischen Spannriemen und auf der anderen Seite eine klassische Abtrennung mit Reißverschluss, was für eine gute Organisation sorgt.Die Reisetasche ist ebenfalls sehr gut verarbeitet und lässt sich unten mithilfe eines Reißverschlusses erweitern, sodass man noch mehr Stauraum hat. Die Tasche passt farblich perfekt zum Trolley und lässt sich ganz einfach auf dem Trolley befestigen, dank einer praktischen Schlaufe, die dafür sorgt, dass sie sicher an ihrem Platz bleibt.Auch der Kulturbeutel hat mich überzeugt – er ist aus festem Stoff gefertigt und eignet sich hervorragend als Kulturtasche. Er fühlt sich robust an und bietet genügend Platz für alle notwendigen Dinge.Alles in allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit diesem Trolliset. Es macht einen soliden und gut verarbeiteten Eindruck, bietet viel Stauraum und ist extrem praktisch in der Handhabung. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen! Bisher habe ich keine Fehler oder Mängel festgestellt und bin rundum zufrieden. Ein tolles Set!
