Nice door lock
Exactly what I need for my small storage room. It’s very easy to intall and replace the old lock, and works as expected. So far it seems perfect, got no complaint at all.

Biggest plus of this, is the simple setup, connectivity, and use of its app. It also looks pretty sleek, like a regular doorknob. Not too bulky. They use their own app, and requires a bridge to connect with alexa, but the bridge can also be used with other gadgets that might also need a bridge, so it’s not too bad. Battery life so far is good, it’s been almost 1 year and it hasn’t sent me a notification.So, my first set broke about 6 months in, but it’s due to the front face screw/pin that twists to have the key be used. So, if you’re going to use the key because your fingerprint isn’t working, or the person doesn’t have the app, then don’t twist so hard. The fingerprint generally works, but for one person, all 4 fingerprints don’t work after some time, but that’s not the fault of this device, but the dryness of the finger.With this issue, I reached out to the manufacturer, and after some discussion, I was able to get a full replacement, so you can rest assured that they will help if things have problems.

They work, until you get locked out!
I’ve had one of these on my back door and front door for about a year. Overall the setup was easy originally, but when I had to add some prints after about six months things went wrong.The app has a lot of trouble, it says connection issue just to simply log in, which was unfortunate when the finger option malfunctioned. I came home and the back door which we normally use I had locked from the inside with a deadbolt and went out the front door. When I came home to the front door, the print reader was flashing blue and wouldn’t read my print. I tried to access the app and it wouldn’t allow me to log in. I ended up having to send my kid through a window to get us in.When I came in I thought maybe I needed to change the batteries although it never alerted me like it said it would. I opened it and one of the batteries had exploded inside. I cleaned it and replaced them but the knob is now not functioning at all, not even the blue flash anymore. The back door still works fine, but I also can’t log into the app to change or add prints anymore. Guess I’ll have to dig out the key just in case that one stops working too, although the whole idea was to not have to keep my keys handy.Update: now the back door has done the same thing. The app says both have plenty of battery left. They just do nothing when I place my finger on them. The app says neither can connect to Bluetooth. Now I have to use the little keys they came with, effectly defeating the entire purpose of keyless entry a little over a year after installation.Would not recommend!

Edit: We’ve had the lock for a little over a year, and out of the blue this week it stopped working. The light turns green, but the latch won’t actually open. When it happened the first time, we thought it was a battery issue and put in new batteries. However, I am currently stuck IN my room. The key is not working from the outside. I can hear the lock click when my husband puts his fingerprint in from the other side, but the latch is not opening. The knob will not turn from the inside either, so I am currently trapped in my room.Original:This product is very easy to install and works really well. We installed it on our master bedroom door. It was ridiculously easy to sign up for the warranty and to add the app and fingerprints. Very user friendly. It came with 2 hard keys (just incase), and also has a port to connect to an external battery in the event that you lose the keys and the batteries die, so no need to call for a locksmith if anything happens.We installed it just yesterday, and the only thing I would note so far is that after my husband washed his hands, the fingerprint reader was picky about opening for him. The nice thing is, you can also open it from the app on your phone, or with the key, so you’re never really locked out. You can also add every single one of your fingerprints, and multiple users. Since it’s our bedroom, my husband and I are both users.

Piece of cake!
I was skeptical about what to expect for a couple reasons.1. I thought the price point was very inexpensive and I’m a firm believer in “you get, what you pay for” so my expectations were not very high. I was wrong. The knob feels pretty solid in your hand, the finger print response work’s flawlessly every time (for now that is) The app walks you through the VERY EASY steps to set up all three of us with the fingerprint access. I would recommend using your thumb straight on, my daughter decided to have her print on an angle and it takes a few tries to get it to unlock for her, probably because she’s not finding a consistent print being on an angle.2. The install was complete in less than 10 min and a few minutes were taken because I didn’t realize you need to remove the interior knob plate to be able to access where you thread the bolts into the locking mechanism and I didn’t notice the battery polarity markings and inserted the batteries the wrong way. DUHHHH!3. The depth was a concern because it calls for a minimum of 1 3/8 door depth and because I’m mounting it on a metal security door that’s only 1 1/8 I didn’t think it would secure correctly but I thought I’d try it anyway and surprisingly it worked with no problems at all. I thought for sure I would need to figure out a way to overcome the depth challenge and was very pleased when it wasn’t an issue at all. :)All and all… great knob for the price! A literal no brainer.

Muy útil. Me gustó ya no cargar la llave de mi casa. La pila dura mucho. No he tenido problemas con ella. Esta medianamente a la intemperie y no ha fallado. Llevo ya un año con ella.

Es práctico y útil. La instalación es fácil, dar de alta las huellas es intuitivo. Lo que nadie te explica es que tienes que tener una batería (battery bank) enchufado todo el tiempo.
