Alarm Panel fails to pair with detectors
The regular glass panel switches are great, but the alarm panel / security system doesn’t connect to the sensors. I sent multiple emails to tech support without finding a resolution after 2 weeks. The instructions are very poorly written.

I wouldn’t buy it again
I have got this item via Vine program. I had honestly hard times in trying to understand how to install it, to the point I have surrendered to the idea I won’t do it. The instructions are quite confusing in the way they are depicted, and the presence of grammar and spelling errors doesn’t make the goal easier. Furthermore, the overall quality seems to be very cheap. I must say it is nice because it is quite small, so it won’t take a lot of space on the wall once installed (if you can actually follow the instructions). I’m sorry, but my experience with this item was absolutely negative.
