Great
I personally really like it. It’s great for small cleanups, vacuuming couch, upholstered furniture, bed frame, cloth car seats and more. It’s a bit annoying to have to hold down the button but it works amazing! I have it plugged in and set in my kitchen counter for easy access. The battery power has been great thus far. I only use the vacuum for maximum 2-5 minutes directly so I have not come across any issues along those lines. Easy to dump out debris and filter.

this is all you need – works fine for hand vac
buy a few of these for cost of the premium brands versions. 1. battery lasts a good while 2. it has a good recharge wall mount (!) unlike the old b&d basics 3. very light to carry 4. simple easy to clean out.we have had loads of hand vacs (mostly b&d) over time including the snail-shape premium b&d- this is the choice – simple cheap effective – the others too heavy too bulky and a pain to clean properly. only a dyson might be worth a step up. but stick with this for simple cleanups

Bad design/ good concept
It’s ok not great. The collection bin is so small and it doesn’t stay shut well because the locking mechanism isn’t deep enough to hold it shut. I have to really push and manipulate it in there. Also the filter is terrible. Fuzzy and poorly made material. Everything gets embedded into it so I literally have to use my large vacuum suction hose to suck off the debris. The filter is not meant to be disposable each time so plan on buying a pack of new ones to keep around. Good for quick tiny jobs only. Battery dies after about 15-30 mins of use depending on how many times you turn it off and on. Not super thrilled with this one.

Excellent Little Vacuum!
Excellent product! This hand held vac has never let me down. I have one in my studio and another in my home. I just bought 2 more for family and a good friend. One I’ve had over 3 years and the battery runs like new. These hand held vacuums have a good amount of suction, they are light weight and the price point can’t be beat. Cleaning them is easy but I do take a small brush(toothbrush) and clean the paper filter because it’s surprising how much dust clings to it. I also put a small cotton ball with a few drops of lemon or lavender essential oil in the cup so whenever I vac it freshens the air 😉 I LOVE that they take up so little space. Mine is hooked up to the wall, it looks great and it’s out of the way. To be honest I am not getting anything for this review except sharing a truth!

Absolutely terrible. Just… don’t.
First:The contacts on the charger base are not much sturdier than heavy duty aluminum foil. Bent immediately.Second: The suction is poor, and is less powerful than the air exhaust. The air from the exhaust blows the debris around that I want to vacuum up, so besides it not sucking up very well the air blows it around.And third, the piece that holds the canister for debris and filter doesn’t latch properly and falls off. All of this discovered within minutes of opening the package and getting ready to mount it to my wall. You charge it first but I wanted to quick see if how it performed in case I just had a defective one but I do not want to replace it. True junk. Very disappointed in Black & Decker. Amazon was great about the return though.

Le contact du fournisseur m’a écrit qu’il fallait que je me fournisse un adaptateur car c’est un produit d’importation USA, pourtant fabriqué en chine !Il n’y a aucune information de cette précision dans la description, ce qui est condamnable.Je ne comprend pas les notes des acheteurs Amazon !Un adaptateur serait le bien venu, mais surtout que les clients soient informés, comment ont fait les autres si ils sont comme moi ?Un adaptateur français lui coûterais même pas deux euro !

I’m sure it would have been good but I received it with no adaptor additional has ,,I think an American plug? When I looked to get adaptor it cost another 80 aed. I returned the item , as I think it hould come ready to charge and use.
