Compact and functional
Perfect fit for a small desk insofar as width and depth. Comes in 3 pieces, extremely quick and easy to put together and light enough to lift by ones self. Very smooth rise up and down. One downfall is I’m only 5’4 and need to raise it to it’s max height in order for the keyboard tray to be high enough, otherwise it would be too low and in fact it’s still too low to be ergonomically correct, so I don’t wear shoes because the taller I get the lower the keyboard tray gets, so I work in slippers or socks. I want to buy an anti-fatigue mat to stand on but I’m afraid it will add to much height. It is a clean looking riser meaning not a lot of unsightly mechanics. You can fit cups, water bottles, etc. on the top shelf. I like the cutout on the top shelf to set either a phone in or a tablet.Even though this riser is lightweight (17 lbs), it is very sturdy.The keyboard tray is wide enough and deep enough for a standard size ergonomic keyboard with numeric pad, however, if you want the keyboard centered with your computer you have to push the keyboard further to the right which then takes up the space you would otherwise have for a mouse and mouse pad, so if you are like me and like to use a mouse and mouse pad, buy a compact keyboard “without” numeric keypad located on the right side of the keyboard, but rather at the top of the keyboard instead.I do like that this riser when fully lowered sits right on the desk, whereas I read reviews on others that said they didn’t lower enough and were too high when sitting, but that can easily be solved if you have an adjustable office chair.Overall, I am happy with this product. If I was going to buy again, I would have bought one with a pull-out keyboard tray for convenience.

Great Deal – Hydraulic Cylinder Leaking
This product met all of my expectations is ease of use, size, functionality. However it almost immediately started leaving a puddle of hydraulic fluid and does so each time I raise after lowering it.Not sure how long this will endure before all fluid is gone.Seller has verified that this is excess lubricant – more to come… looking forward to years of use.

On the very plus side:The design is simple and what one mught expect. But it was the only one if its kind when I was looiking, somen months back. It fits suoperbly well on my old sitting computer desk with overshelf. The angled brace fits under that and out of the way.The monitor table has room for my desk phone, a USB hub, several sets of spectacles,The slot in the monitor shelf is a great feature. I suppose the plastic inserts top and under, likely just edge protevtors, can compose a pen and stylus holder. But remove the inserts, and it becomes a great organizer for cables from anywhere to anywhere, fitting even power and monitor connectors. It is basicly sturdy, and dowds not break when tipped over, which leas me to:The sortta negative side:The weight limit is easy to attain on the keyboard shelf. The desk either tips over or the shelf support bends. But the support can be bent back just as easily. Yet metal gets tired, so I am learning to not lean. I also will have a friend make a fit- in cantilever support (wood — square back and wedge front, two fitted, not attached). Then I have an eleven puund ‘scope counterweight somewhere, that I can set on the back of the base where there is plenty of area for counterwheights.So I still give it five stars fora basic sturdiness that bends and bends back but does not break, and for being the right piece of furniture for the job, doing that job well.

Wonderful customer service
I bought this in July and noticed it was difficult to raise, and eventually didn’t raise to it’s fullest height as intended. I contacted their customer service via email and phone, and each time, they promptly replied and were helpful in working with me to figure out how to fix the problems. I really appreciate the time they take to troubleshoot any issues, and I’m happy to try to fix the problem before replacing it, which they’re working to do.I do like the device as well. I’m at work-from-home in a bedroom with two computer two desks (one for work, one for personal). This device is on a smaller desk, and it works very nicely to allow a laptop and second monitor to sit on it. I love how my phone sits in the rest to be seen easily, and I can have post its, a note pad, and cup of coffee on here too. The keyboard/mouse tray is also nice keeping the work-area clear.

I love this product, searched extensively as many competitors have ugly designs! Does the job perfectly, easy to use, and has enhanced my health being able to stand while working. (I also purchased a desk treadmill to use in conjunction).The desk is sturdy and holds my large monitor with keyboard and mouse below without any problems. Strong enough to lean on lightly as well. Highly recommend.
