BRIGHT & CUSTOMIZABLE
So I was pleasantly surprised at this light. I did not expect it to be much more than a simple led.1. Brightness- multiple brightness settings that make your desktop easy to work on, or dim enough to chill out with no other lights on and have enough light on your desktop while playing on the computer.2. Color temp- Warm to cool white- I wish there was another warm level between the warm/cool but overall it’s perfectly fine and adjustable.3. Setup- Easy as can be. Can set it to two different heights and almost infinite angles, including the light bars themselves that rotate 90′ each to create to wide lights or one double bar single light and anything in between.Good value, good looking, and doesn’t feel cheap.

Decent quality light
Pros: I like the ability to change the color and brightness of the light on this desk lamp. The flexible top half is nice to get it positioned exactly where it needs to be. My office is a little dark once the sun goes down and this looks like it’s going to be a game changer. So far so good.Cons: The wire channel on the top half of the light ends so the wire is visible on the bottom half of the stand. Some black velcro strips or wire ties will make it look a little better but it would have been nice to have the wire channel go clear to the base. The lamp head attaches to the stand by just sliding over the end of the flexible stock. There is no screw or fastener to hold it in place. I’ll double check this when I get back to the office but that seems to be the weakest link. Once it’s in place on your desk it should be ok I imagine.Overall a decent light that will serve well.

Lots of Pros, but 1 minor concern…
UPDATE AFTER 1+ MONTH OF USE: The CON is no longer an issue. The lamp did get hot on the first use, but it’s never been hot since. I’ve used it for several hours, then checked for heat, and found none – anywhere! I’ve upgraded it from 3 stars to 5, and buying a second one!This light has lots of great things going for it, but the one negative is so major, I can only give it 3 stars.CON: The light arms get extremely HOT! We’re not talking after an hour or two of being on, more like minutes into use. Almost too hot to touch!PROS: 1. Simple to put together and hardware included. 2. Sturdy once clamped onto the desk. I did put a furniture pad sticker on the bottom vice so that it wouldn’t scratch the wood, but I have an antique oak desk. 3. The lighting is great and can be adjusted based on needs by: tone (push button); direction (adjusting the bend in the neck); or location (adjusting the light arms). 4. Since the light clamps onto the desk, it frees up more space on your desk surface (ie less clutter or more room for other stuff).Would I buy another one? Definitely.

Perfect Balance of Quality and Value
Because I spend my days in my office in front of computer screens, I have owned numerous desk lamps, ranging from bankers’ lamps to Ott lights, priced from $25 to over $400. All had their problems and shortcomings, until now. This lamp offers various levels of light colors and light levels, which are easy to select. Your choices are memorized and they automatically reload on the next use. Surprisingly sturdy, the lamp’s “shape” configurations and choices are nearly unlimited, and they maintain those shapes until you decide to change them. The LED lamps will likely outlast my computers, my desk and even me. In this age of cheap junk everywhere, I feel lucky to have found this well-made product for a very reasonable price, which is a rare thing indeed, and the reason I am willing to take a couple of minutes to write this review. I would be very surprised if anyone buying this lamp would be less than very satisfied. For me, it is that perfect combination of quality and value, and likely the last desk lamp I will ever need.
