Not buy this at all again
I had a very disappointing experience with this product and the customer support. The quality of the product was far below my expectations and did not match the description at all. It feels cheap and poorly made.What made the situation worse was the customer service. When I contacted support to explain the issue, they were not helpful and did not provide a proper solution. I expected a professional response, but unfortunately that was not the case.Overall, I am very unhappy with this purchase and the support I received. I would not recommend this product or this company based on my experience

More peace of mind at home
I’ve only been using it for a short time, but so far it has given me a lot of peace of mind. The alarm is loud, and the sensors respond quickly when doors or windows are opened. Installation was easier than I expected, and being able to control it from my phone is very convenient, especially when I’m away from home. It feels like a great way to add extra security to everyday life.

So this is a wireless which made is very easy to install and then hook up to your phone through he app. You do need to setup the unit and synch the sensors. The motion door and window sensors are very reliable and the alarm is loud enough to be heard in another room .. so far very please with my product

This home alarm system has been a great purchase for us. We bought it because my in laws recently moved to a neighborhood that’s a bit rough, and having this system installed gives us much more peace of mind.The setup was straightforward, and everything works as expected.It comes with multiple magnetic door and window sensors, a motion sensor, and two remote controls with SOS buttons, which is a big plus in case of emergencies.The siren is loud enough to be effective, and I really like that you can control and monitor everything remotely through Wi-Fi using the app.Overall, it feels like a complete and reliable security solution for the home. Waste of money
Does not work properly. No matter how many times I have tried I cannot get the motion detector linked. The app is glitchy and does not respond, requiring several taps to get the settings to respond. I had everything except the motion detector linked and the app wiped all of my other devices forcing me to start over. I do not recommend this product.
