Folks!, if you actually care about the quality of the Video, audio, and some functionality, then look elsewhere! As a TOP Tier Audio/Video/Electronics installation Tech, for over 40 yrs, I can tell you that this Device is JUNK! As I am fully aware and capable in a multitude of Electronic devices installation and programming, I can honestly state that the “1080 HD” claimed for this Doorbell Camera, is NOT even close. I’ve seen standard resolution video better than this! The Doorbell itself seems heavy-duty enough, however, once you gaze at the rear, you’ll then realize it’s not waterproof and connections WILL be subject to rain. Connector off rear WILL require a recession of wall behind same and if you’ve got STONE as I do, then that’s alot more Drilling/cutting. Audio both ways is TERRIBLE! Not being able to lower bell volume once bell button is pressed is a Pain in the A**. I was exited regarding the Expandability of this device, however, the Cons far outweigh the few Pros. I’ve already returned for a full refund.Searching onward.

The wireless (not the wired variation also offered in this page) doorbell intercom system comes with a doorbell camera and monitor. To be honest, I needed my brother in law to install this but it didn’t seem too difficult to do overall. It connects to your WiFi and uses the Tuya app which I was already familiar with. The image resolution and sound is pretty good and it has other advanced features like unlocking the door but I don’t see myself using it but only because that’s a little beyond my tech capabilities lol. Seems really sturdy and durable, very good quality, I would recommend.

Nice having a screen to see clearly on.
I wasn’t really sure if I wanted to get a doorbell with a screen on the inside of our house. But I’m really glad that we did. I have had a doorbell before that would call my phone when somebody rang it and I just didn’t want that this time. I didn’t want to have to be interrupted when I’m with friends or guests. This has been really nice to have because I can see them clearly on the screen and I don’t have to try to find my phone every time somebody’s at my front door.
