Saved me buying a new chair!
I bought this as my chair just didn’t offer good butt support after about a 1/2 hour. This cushion saved me from buying a new computer chair. Very comfortable. Would buy again in a heartbeat! Cheap alternative to new chair! I’m a large guy too and it supports just fine. Price was right! Has a pretty good gripper pad on the underside too that helps it not slip around.

Relief finally after trying so many others
I have bought over 10 different cushions to find one that will help me not hurt me more. I thought I had a good one that I have been using for over a year but recently was causing me so much pain in areas for a woman should not be causing pain if you catch my drift. I decided to try this one so that all the pressure isnt on one spot. I have to say this has since improved my situation and pain. I had no idea a cushion could cause so much discomfort that I almost went to the dr thinking something was wrong. I got it quickly and it was shrink wrapped but decompressed quickly. Very happy with this cushion compared to one’s I have used without the opening to relieve some pressure. I think its about personal taste and what fits your needs and also how one sits that makes a huge difference. Glad I decided to look for other options. The thickness is enough for me as well as it is well made and of good quality from what I can see.

If trying to treat pressure sores, keep looking.
The shape and curves to this cushion made for a comfortable experience but for my grandma’s needs she would have benefited more if the hole in the middle had been bigger and it wasn’t as thick as we would have liked. Instructions said to give it 24 hours to fully inflate but I’m pretty sure the size it was when we unboxed it is the size it stayed. We were trying to help treat pressure sores on her bottom so we knew we wanted something with gel to help keep the area cool so that’s a plus about this item but turns out we needed a waffle cushion. This product is a good pick for someone who sits a lot and wants to be more comfortable. Seems to be of good quality.

I HAVE HAD A DIFFICULT TIME WITH SIATIC NERVE AND BACK PAIN FOR A LARGE PART OF MY LIFE, AND I HAVE BOUGHT 4 DIFFERENT TYPES OF PILLOWS TO HELP WITH THE PROBLEM, BUT THIS PARTICULAR ERGONOMIC PILLOW IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST THAT I HAVE EVER FOUND IN MY 68 YEARS. I TAKE IT INTO RESTAURANTS THAT HAVE THOSE PAINFULLY HARD CHAIR’S AND TO MY GRANDBABIES ACTIVITIES TO SIT ON THE STADIUM SEATS, AND IT’S WONDERFUL CURVES FIT MY BACK SIDE LIKE A GLOVE. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SEAT CUSHIN, IT’S BEEN A LIFE SAVER. IT’S MORE AFFORDABLE THAN ANY THAT I HAVE PURCHASED IN THE PAST, AND IT’S VERY STURDY, AND YOU CAN WIPE IT DOWN EASILY. THE SUPPORT THAT IT GIVES, WITH THE SOFT FEEL OF THE GEL EASES MY BACK PAIN AS WELL AS KEEPS MY SIATIC NERVE PAIN FROM FLARING UP. This HUANUO seat cushion is great! The memory foam supports my tailbone perfectly, improves my posture, and stays in place thanks to the non-slip bottom. Easy to clean and very comfortable for long hours of sitting.
