Which devices support wireless charging with this power bank?

Compatible with iPhone 12 / 13/ 14 / 15 / 16 series (except iPhone 12 mini / 13 mini / 16e), AirPods 4 / 3 / Pro 2 / Pro, and MagSafe-compatible phone cases.

Why does the power bank deliver fewer charges than expected?

Due to a 35% to 45% capacity loss from battery cell and circuit inefficiencies during charging, a fully charged Anker MagGo Power Bank (5K, MagGo, Slim) effectively provides about 0.8 charge for an iPhone 16 Pro.

Why does charging stop at 80%?

Your iPhone may automatically stop charging at 80% to protect its battery from overheating, as part of iOS 17’s thermal management strategy. Charging will resume once the device cools down. Moving it to a cooler spot can help speed up this process.

Why does my phone show a “Slow Charger” alert?

To manage heat, power may be reduced if the device gets warm. On iOS 18, a “Slow Charger” alert may appear, but charging remains safe and effective.

Why is my phone getting hot while charging?

Charging stays below 104°F (40°C), but using your phone while charging can generate heat. If it becomes too warm, stop charging and allow the phone to cool before resuming. Avoid cases over 2.5 mm thick.

Ultra-Slim Qi2-Compatible Magnetic Power Bank: At just 0.3 inches thin, this ultra-slim power bank suppots Qi2 certification and offers 5,000mAh of reliable wireless charging, perfect for daily carry and among the trusted iPhone power banks available.
Enhanced Safety and Speed: Experience high-speed charging with enhanced safety. Qi2 MagSafe compatibility, temperature protection, and up to 20W max USB-C output
15W MagSafe-Compatible Charging: Get up to 15W max of Qi2-certified fast wireless charging—enough to power an iPhone 16 Pro to 25% in just 42 minutes. (Note: Data based on internal lab testing; actual performance may vary.)
104℉ for Safer Handling: Designed with graphene cooling, dual NTC chips, and smart heat control, the device stays below 104°F, 14 degrees cooler than industry standard for safer charging with temperature protection built in.
What You Get: Anker Nano Power Bank (5K, MagGo, Slim), USB-C to USB-C charging cable, welcome guide, 24-month warranty, and our friendly customer service.

Slim, reliable, and incredibly useful for travel
I gave this power bank 5 stars because it has been one of the most useful travel accessories I own. The biggest strength is how slim it is. It does not add a lot of bulk, and even with it attached to my iPhone, I can still fit the phone in my jeans pocket without much trouble. I have even carried it as part of an everyday carry setup because it is that easy to bring along.Perfect for travelThis really shines on long-haul flights, airport layovers, and day trips when finding a working outlet is not guaranteed. It has saved me more than once when I needed extra battery to get through a long travel day. It is also great for trips where you are constantly on the move and do not want to worry about your phone dying halfway through the day.Strong magnetic holdThe magnetic attachment is strong and secure. It stays in place well and does not slip around, which makes it much more practical to use while walking around or traveling.PerformanceIt charges my phone quickly and gives me enough extra battery to keep going when I really need it. That alone makes it worth carrying. This is one of those products that really comes through at the right time, especially during travel. One minor drawbackThe only downside I have noticed is that the power bank itself takes a while to recharge through the USB-C port. For me, that is not a deal breaker because the portability and convenience more than make up for it.Bottom lineFor the size, portability, and convenience, this is a great value. It has been especially useful for flights, airport layovers, day trips, and even longer travel situations where reliable backup power matters. If you want a slim battery pack that is easy to carry and actually practical to use every day, this is an easy 5-star product.

Perfect for long days when on the go
Slim and compact which is perfect for carrying if you’ll be out on a day trip. This is much better than having to carry a larger and heavier power bank. It doesn’t get very warm when I’m charging my iPhone 15PM via MagSafe. If I charge my iPhone by USB cord as a typical power bank but not attached by MagSafe, it does get warmer but it will also charge faster. You can leave this attached to your iPhone by MagSafe but charge using a USB cord if you hold on to the button for a few seconds. Charging this way does leave the battery almost coffee cup hot. It seems the battery gets hotter with wired charging and when attached by MagSafe, the extra warmth from the iPhone itself makes the battery hotter like a cup of coffee for comparison. Not dinging Anker for this since all power banks get warm to hot when charging.Note that all power banks can’t charge a device at the power banks’ maximum capacity since there’s some energy loss (about a third of the total capacity) when charging a device. This is noted in a few of the product images but not really detailed in the description. The compact size, portability, and MagSafe/Qi more than makes up for this since I really only need this for long days where I might not have access to a power outlet or on the go without having enough time to plug into an outlet. I don’t need to recharge my phone 100% and the Anker Nano Power Bank provides more than enough to get me through a long day.The white case has a matte finish. The sides appear to be aluminum. I avoided the black one since photos from other user reviews show a lot of finger prints and smudges. Build quality seems really solid.Magnets seem pretty strong; stronger than the MagSafe puck sold by Apple. It can rotate with enough force when pushed from the bottom corner but there is an alignment magnet. Otherwise, it attaches pretty securely with MagSafe. It’s as secure or more secure as any MagSafe accessory made by Apple.Only minor caveat is that it can be easy to accidentally press the power button if the power back is attached by MagSafe and you’re holding and using the device. This will disable MagSafe charging. If it stops charging and you know there’s power left, just press the button again.

    A really great portable charger
Works great with my Samsung Galaxy S25 in a magnetic case. I love the small form factor, which means I can keep it on my phone to charge while I’m using the phone when I need to. It also means it’s incredibly easy to take any time I leave the house, not just when I travel. It does get pretty warm, but I find that keeping the phone face down helps that a lot. And of course using the phone while it’s charging makes it hotter. One note if You’re like me and you’ve never used one of these: there’s a small button on the side that activates or deactivates the magnet. I thought the magnet had died because it was no longer attaching to my phone. Then I randomly held the button down and it snapped right back on. It’s a useful feature now that I know that it’s there, so I don’t leave the magnet on when it might be near swipeable cards in my bag. Funny they don’t mention anything about that in all the product images, but now I know.

Thin, secure, with plenty of juice
When I purchased the iPhone Air, I bought into the hype that the battery life might not be sufficient for all day. Putting aside that in reality, my iPhone Air lasts just fine most days, I wanted a MagSafe power bank I could take with me when I was away from home. After reading about the Apple produced battery for $100, I opted for the Anker for about half the price.Pros: Very thin; strong magnets that attach to any MagSafe case: fits inside the edges of the Apple bumper case; packs more juice than the Apple version; works with any iPhone so I can share with my family.Cons: It is still heavy; you can’t recharge the battery via MagSafe, only USB-C; color options didn’t quite match the iPhone Air colors. I purchased the Sky Blue iPhone Air and the Anker ‘Green’ seemed off, so I opted for the white.

I was surprised at how much my family uses these now! So many times we walk out the door with not much battery left, sometimes worrying if the kids would still have enough battery to call us in case they need us. This is so much more useful than a power bank that is bulky and difficult to handle with a charging cable attached etc. This external MagSafe battery makes it a lot less hassle, and we don’t mind the extra thickness in case we need it: better that than no battery.

Pros: Good build quality, light weight and small size.Cons: actual capacity is not 5000 MAH as advertised. It barely charges an S24 Ultra by 55% from Zero by a type C cable. So it actually gives around 3000 mah only.Wireless charging is even worse.. 40% max [wont blame here because my phone isn’t an apple device] but still very far from advertised. Conclusion: it can be used as a light weight battery booster for daily activity but not a reliable option for travelling. I would go for a 10K+ capacity power bank.
