Reliable Operation
This charger has done a flawless job of charging my Google Pixel 8a since I purchased it about 1 month ago. It requires about 1-2 hours to charge my phone from about 40% to 80%. It works conveniently on bedside table, and I simply place the phone there overnight so that it is handy in case I get a call. I have to be careful to center the phone when I place it on the charger, but the indication on the display screen makes it clear when the placement is correct. I thought that this was a good value for the purchase price. No complaints whatsoever.

I’ve used a few “fast” wireless chargers but Berkin is by far my favorite brand. Bought the first one from Best Buy idk how many years ago which I still use, and I got this one for my parents as a gift. They love it, charges their iPhones real quick. Price is well worth it.

Slower Than a Corded Charger But Will Keep Phone Topped Off.
I got this wireless charging pad for convenience. It is much slower than I thought it would be at charging my Galaxy S21 5G FE. Pretty inexpensive so it is still a good alternative charger. I use a corded Fast Charger when my battery is pretty low. Then, once fully charged, I will lay my phone on this charger on the table next to my recliner to keep the phone topped off. It works fine for that. Can take 3 hours or more to fully charge from less than 20%. You do need to pay attention to position to get it to connect properly for charging.

Sometimes I put the phone (Pixel 8 Pro) on this charging pad and it charges the way it’s supposed to. Other times, it actually discharges the phone! To get it to work properly, I have to position the phone on the pad very carefully, and then check it in a few minutes to see if it’s adding or subtracting charge. This may have to do with my slightly thicker than usual case.Another issue regarding the case is that the case came with a built-in fold-out metal stand. The charger acted like an inductive heater, making the stand very hot. That would have happened with any pad charger, and I never used the stand anyway, so I just removed it. The discharge problem, however is weird.

VERY finickey for iphone 17 pro.
Due to the iphone 17 pros large camera bump this charging pad is very finickey- it often takes multiple attempts to charge the phone and even then it charges slow due to the poor contact.
