Very Effective Alarm
Alarm is loud. I have one in my patio door. If a bird happens to hit the door the alarm will go off! Reminds you that it works for sure! I recommend this product! Reasonably priced for added security.

Ordered these for my terrorist weims and getting on the furniture/counters. These little gems did not disappoint! Easy to use. Effective. The dogs caught on right away and now we just leave them out but turned off and they stay away! They also work well on husbands that didn’t listen they were placed (and honestly probably set them off more than the dogs did)

Home Intrusion: The Art of Next-Gen Home Infiltration
I’m in no shape or form an expert on home security, although, I go through people breaking into my 86 year old grandmother’s home seems like weekly. I do not have the extra money for a home security system so I purchased these and some other window alarms to try to stop the break ins. I have come to find out that any normal person can take an earth magnet or an neodymium magnet or any magnet with a strong magnetic power and place it against the window where these alarms are at and then can open the window, while either having someone with the magnets placed where the alarms are at, or due to the alarms being stuck on the windows, a magnet will probably stay there, then a person can open the window with out triggering the alarm. It has to be done with extreme caution, but it can be done. I’m not a thief or a person who breaks into homes, but I have experienced this same technique done on me and our home. I suggest placing something in between the alarm and glass that a magnet can not work on the alarm. They make a thin non-magnetic shielding foil that can be placed on the back of the alarm then apply some kind of sticky substance to the foil then it should stick on the window. People can tell you that a magnet would just trigger the alarm, so give it a try and you will come to find out that what I am saying is true. Thank you and I hope that this helps. Hopefully this does not give anyone any ideas, cause we’ll honestly, most homes are protected with firepower nowadays.

I actually bought these because I have a huge dog that likes to jump into our patio door when he see’s cats and animals outside. It has worked and they give me a sense of security too. They were very easy to install and have held up nicely! Very happy with the purchase.
