Rongta Bluetooth shipping label printer
This Rongta RP425 shipping label printer was very easy to set up and works well for printing standard 4×6 shipping labels. The printer uses thermal printing, so there is no ink or toner needed, which keeps the cost of operation low.Setup was straightforward. It supports both USB connection for computers and Bluetooth for mobile devices, so it can work with Windows, Mac, Android, and iPhone. I appreciated that the Amazon listing includes a step-by-step setup video, which makes the process even easier if you are new to label printers.Print quality is clear and sharp at 203 DPI, and the printer is fairly quick at around 150 mm per second, so labels come out fast. It works well for common shipping platforms like Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Shopify, and UPS.Another nice feature is that it supports multiple label sizes from about 0.98” up to 4.37” wide, although the most common size is the standard 4×6 shipping label. I paired it with fanfold 4×6 thermal labels and it fed through the printer smoothly. The printer itself is compact and lightweight, so it fits nicely on a desk without taking up much space. Overall, this is a good budget-friendly option for small businesses, online sellers, or anyone shipping packages from home.Overall I’m very happy with it and it makes printing shipping labels much easier.Hope this helps anyone considering this printer for shipping labels.

easy to set up, stable bluetooth connection and print shipping labels well
After using this thermal printer for more than a week, here are the pros and cons:Easy to set up for win system, bluetooth connection is stable, fast printing for considering this is a thermal printer (not a regular full-sized laser printer). Printing quality is fine for shipping labels. Money saving for not requiring ink cartridge.I would not use this printer to print photoes- only for documents and shipping labels. Great value comparing with other label printer priced at $90+. Requiring routine cleaning up.

LABEL PRINTER FAILURE: RONGTA BLUETOOTH DISASTER 🖨️💔 [⭐☠️☠️☠️☠️]
Jay Fray delivering the blunt truth about this Rongta Bluetooth shipping label printer that completely failed to provide reliable printing requiring product return!Purchased this Rongta Bluetooth shipping label printer expecting dependable label printing for shipping Card Burrow baseball card sales through eBay and managing construction project documentation. The printer proved so overrated and dysfunctional I had to send it back.Print quality and reliability fell far short of expectations with the printer either failing to connect via Bluetooth consistently, producing terrible print quality, or simply not working as advertised making label printing impossible.Bluetooth connectivity proved absolutely terrible with constant connection dropouts, pairing failures, or inability to communicate with devices despite following setup instructions. Wireless printers must maintain stable connections – this one couldn’t.Print output quality disappointed significantly with smeared labels, faded text, misaligned printing, or inconsistent darkness making shipping labels unprofessional or unreadable for carrier scanning.Setup complexity exceeded reasonable expectations with confusing instructions, incompatible software, or technical requirements not clearly disclosed making the printer frustratingly difficult to get operational. The overrated designation reflects marketing claims that vastly exceeded actual performance, creating false expectations about printer capability and reliability that real-world use completely contradicted.Label compatibility or paper feed mechanisms proved problematic with jamming, misfeeding, or inability to handle standard shipping label formats properly despite compatibility claims. The printer failure forced product return causing shipping delays and hassles while attempting to fulfill card orders requiring professional labeling. For shipping label printing requiring reliability, invest in established printer brands with proven Bluetooth performance rather than overrated products requiring returns.Jay Fray verdict: Complete label printer failure overrated and non-functional requiring return. Total waste dealing with unreliable printing that couldn’t handle basic shipping label needs!

Great affordable compact printer!
I’ve been using this Rongta printer for weeks now and love it. It’s compact, portable and the printed text is sharp and clear. Set up was quick (only took me a few minutes to get it connected and running). Haven’t had any issues with it and I exclusively use the thermal paper ROLLS. I’ve seen other reviews about the rolls and was a bit worried, but all you need is a raised roll holder (can find on here or other websites for a few dollars) to handle the curve of the paper and it won’t jam.

Label Printer
This is a great printer to have if you need to print labels. It will handle individual, roll or fanfold labels. It is an AC powered printer, so not portable and not battery powered, so just keep that in mind. You will need to read and follow the instructions, as you will need to follow QR Codes or provided web pages to download drivers and software. If you decide to download their label design software there is a registration code in the manual needed to get the software fully functional. It came with a few test labels to use for setting it up. I have it connected via USB to a WIndows 11 desktop. It will also connect via Bluetooth to a smart phone. The design software has a lot of design templates that are used commercially, which eliminates a lot of time to setup. I was able to print shipping labels quickly, since it was recognized as a regular printer by my computer. I was impressed at the quality and all of the features and optional software options offered.

Fast, Easy Setup & Perfect for Shipping Labels
This printer has been a game changer. Setup was quick and straightforward, especially with Bluetooth had it up and running in minutes. The print quality is sharp and consistent, and it handles 4×6 labels perfectly with no smudging or alignment issues. It’s fast, reliable, and saves a ton of time compared to using a regular printer.I use it regularly for shipping, and it’s been flawless so far. Definitely worth it if you’re doing any kind of online sales or frequent shipping. Highly recommend!

Waste of money.first one I ordered didn’t turn on had to get a qr code to mail back second one is just as useless. Took hours to setup only to have it print labels at a quarter of the size no matter how many times you format it on the site. On top of this they are printed blurred and spotty. Don’t know if it’s just my luck or other reviews are real but I myself am not going to find out if third times the charm. Do not recommend
