The sound is incredible
These earbuds are by far the best of all products I’ve tried. I absolutely love the app that comes with, your able to have control of everything from ambient sound to bass enhancement plus equalizer which was very important to me because I needed buds that’s good for work use as well as music. I compared these to my usual samsung ones and I must say with I being sumsung junkie, I actually like the JBL Vibe buds a lot better… also the price is unbelievable, they very comfortable dont fall out your ears and seem to stay charged up for a long time

Can’t say enough good things about these
These are by far the best earbuds that I have ever owned in my entire life not even the best cheap earbuds I’ve ever owned, but just the best earbuds period. I was skeptical because I’ve got some JBL earbuds in the past maybe five years ago and they weren’t really that great but these blow them out of the water.I got these after the AirPods I had started dying too quickly all the time. I’m truly surprised because these are even better than the AirPods that were five times the cost of these the battery life so far two months in is incredible. I charge them maybe once a week and I use them very frequently. The sound is incomparable, it’s by far the best sound quality of any earbuds I’ve had. I was also a little bit worried with the design of the case that they would be falling out all the time and I would lose them, but it’s pretty hard to get them knocked out out of there. These are definitely worth the money!

Terrible software and durability. DO NOT BUY!!
DO NOT BUY THESE.These have been a problem from the start. The first pair I got, the audio squeaked and dropped every few seconds. They would barely work with Apple products, and they’d work okay with Microsoft products. I submitted for an exchange or refund WITHIN DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM, and Amazon rejected both. I then contacted JBL and started the process over. I very clearly explained that I had done all of the trouble shooting possible. I was told to try the troubleshooting again, as there was no other option. I told them I wasn’t going to waste my time, and that they needed to make it right. I got no reply.A week later I got an email requesting a review of my service, HILARIOUS. I let them know I received a defective product and was ignored by both Amazon and JBL. I told them you’re welcome for the free money.I immediately got a reply apologizing and information to return the defective products, as well as a tracking number for the replacement pair.Unfortunately, the new pair has the same issues, although not as severely. I decided to keep them because wasn’t interesting in spending more time begging to get what I’m owed. Aside from the audio issues, the casing on these have begun to chip off. These headphones sit on my desk all day. They do not get jostled inside of a bag or moved around whatsoever.I’ve had these second pair almost a year, and now they work even less then the original pair did. I’m going to go to the gas station and buy a $5 pair, drive over them with my car a few times, and they’ll still sound better and be more durable than these earbuds ever did.JBL, I never wanted to talk to you again, but you’re about to hear from me. (Make sure you’re not wearing the Vibe Buds!!)

Not Ideal But You Get What You Pay For
For less than $30, these are headphones I wouldn’t be heartbroken if I lost.The arrived totally dead and at first, I thought they wouldn’t connect to my phone, but after charging them for about an hour (the light goes from red to orange to green), the connected with ease. (I do wish the charging/storage case closed so I could travel with them inside the case, the first of a few disappointments.)You have to download an app in order to interface with your headphones (annoying but a growing norm in our tech world, for me, another disappointment, but I won’t detract, I’ll just be quietly irritated in my dinosaur corner); however, said interface isn’t incredibly user friendly.It thinks it is, but, for example, it has a few cool graphics for sound, like “jazz,” “vocal,” “bass,” and “extreme bass,” but no way for you to test what each of those sound like with an actual piece of music so unless you can eyeball a sound wave – good luck determining how you want to set the value of your ear buds.Now, I didn’t think they were noise canceling and they aren’t; with the volume all the way up, I could still hear myself snapping my fingers, no matter if I was set to “vocal” or “extreme bass.” These headphones are good for an audiobook in the tub (they are comfortably snug, a SAFE jog in your local park (no one is sneaking up on you!) or dancing about while you cook and clean, but remember, you paid $30. Maybe give them to your less discerning kid and find yourself a higher quality product?Unless it doesn’t matter to you and ambient noise doesn’t matter – the quality of the sound is pretty good and JBL is a nice reliable company.Overall, 7/10.~Rev. Amazing Headphones But…
The headphones come with multiple size buds to try out. Make sure you do because if the one that’s installed is too big, the headphone will slowly fall out of your ear canal which was annoying because when you try to push it back in, you’d activate a touch command.If you choose the right size then it stays in place extremely well. Make sure you do that first. You just pull off the ones that are installed and slip on the other size you want to try.

The headphones fit perfectly while also having really good bass and sound quality. But out of the box the sound is a little funky but after 5 minutes of use it returns back to normal and while getting really good sound quality and also have slot of battery life. I have been using them all day and it only got to around 80 percent on the JBL APP
