Im in love, honestly
Finally a charger with the goal of being a DESKTOP charger, rather then cute or foldable. The height is HUGE benefit to using in your desk, turnability, and not loooking dumb on video calls. The funcitonality is amazing, charging my airpods, watch and phone at the advertsides speeds (best i can tell with USB meter). Its dead quiet and KEEPS cool, my phone isnt boiling when I take it off.The magnet is strong, its feels premium! I genuinely love it.I try to find a ‘but’ in my reviews, but I have none — i guess i could say wish it was cheaper.Feels worth it to me.(Picture is showing 10W at 70% +)

Absolutely the best accessory I’ve purchased in a long time! A convenient way to charge all of my apple devices! Sturdy build quality, a timeless color that goes with almost any decor, and functional, not to mention noticeable to the touch, phone cooling to keep charging speeds up and the phone cool.I didn’t think the active cooling would lead to much of a performance or temperature improvement, but wow was I wrong! Not only does it noticeably keep the phone cool, it’s almost silent! You do have the option of turning the fan off if you prefer.

My charging port is messed up and my wireless charging pad was overheating my phone battery, plus I needed something for my watch, and I’m glad I chose this one! It looked like the best one for under $50 (on sale $48) and I’m glad I chose this even though normally I’m cheap on the charging ports/cords. Someone said the fan was loud in their review, which made me believe mine didn’t work because I couldn’t hear anything at all- but it was working, I could barely hear it holding it up to my ear. It is so nice to not have a hot phone and worry about damage!! These phones are too expensive to go cheap on the chargers- I’ve learned my lesson! I love this charger! And it charges real fast! I believe I only get 30w not 45 because I have iPhone 14 Pro Max, but still seems quicker than a few wireless chargers I’ve tried. Magnet seems good (but the one on my case isn’t so replacing that!).

A few days ago, I did a thousand words review on a wireless power bank, mainly because of how much heat it generated and heated up the phones. Here, however, I don’t think I need to do that because this charger really does solve the biggest issue with wireless charging all around, the heat.Wireless charging losing efficiency and bleeding heat as a troublesome byproduct had always been bad for the phones because it could generate up to temperatures that the phones need to stop charging at, like 45+°C. And that is very much so not good for the battery.This charger, however has the most innovative solution I’ve ever seen for a charger. It actually has a cooling system. Not just having a fan, it has that too, but it has a refridgeration center that turns the middle of the charger ice cold. Like, touching it was like touching metal out of a fridge. The moment I started charging, it turned on, and there’s s button to turn it off if wanted, but I don’t know why anyone would want to because of the heat otherwise.For this reason, it came with its own 45W travel adapter too. How many appliances come with the adapter nowadays? Even my phones don’t usually come with one. But they say it’s necessary to use it because you might not draw enough power to support the fridge function. And it comes with a 3ft type-c to type-c cable to connect it. I’ve tried to switch out the components, but in the end, I found that the adapter was really necessary. I could change to a decent cable that could carry a good wattage (and longer), but I couldn’t switch out the adapter for something else. Not even one specified 3A output, or 100W, and still get it to work.I’ve attached the stats for charging an Android, though it did skip some time. Still, you can see that it stayed well under 45°C despite charging for an hour and a half to get my 24% to 80%, which I dare say is absolutely amazing (on any other banks or wireless at those speeds, it does go to 45°C.) Its charging speed wasn’t incredibly impressive, fluctuating around 1.5-2A, but that’s about as expected for standard wireless. But those temperatures? Incredible.I like that the magnetic ring is also decently strong in that it could keep some phones up in their near vertical position even when the ring is through a phone case. Not all cases, but strong enough for some at such a steep incline is truly impressive. It can absolutely hold up phones where the magnetic ring is with direct contact.I didn’t try the charging abilities for the pods or watch, but I also like that you can fold away the watch stand if you don’t need it, which I don’t.(Look at that, this review is only 500 words! Lol.)Tldr? This magnetic charger is top notch all around!Key components I like about it:- The stainless steel makes it look not only heavy duty but also modern and high value- it is heavier weight making it feel sturdy without bulk- the magnet is very strong and secure but not to the point where it is difficult to remove your phone- the cooling fan self regulates and is whisper quiet- there is a lot of flexibility in terms of being able to tilt the MagSafe phone connector to a different angle and also being able to move the watch charger up or down to hide or make visible to charge your watchThis is the option I will be gifting to others as the quality is top notch, the aesthetic is clean and modern, and is all encompassing functionality wise!

This Qi2-compatible magnetic wireless charging station from Augnner boasts good overall build quality, considering it is made of plastic, except for the rod and cooling fan radiator. The 3-in-1 charging options are also commendable. It features a modern and clean-looking style in gunmetal grey, and the active cooling fan built into the MagSafe pad for your iPhone definitely improves the overall charging performance. I did find that the 25° angle of the pad is not as wide and flexible, although it will support Apple’s StandBy mode, which allows you to charge your iPhone in a horizontal position. I wish that I could angle it a few degrees more. The fan that cools the charging pad is slightly audible, with a bit of a buzz, so it’s not as silent as I’d prefer. I do think it would be noticeable on a bedside table, as it doesn’t sound like white noise.The stand itself is weighted, which I appreciate, along with the charging pad for AirPods and the flip-out pad for your Apple Watch. I found the MagSafe-compatible wireless charging pad to just have good magnetic attachment and not great. I would be concerned with my iPhone accidently detatching if my bedside table was bumped. Additionally, it is ready to use out of the box, as Augnner includes a 45W USB-C charger and a USB-C to USB-C cable. However, at its regular $80 retail price, it is premium-priced for an all-plastic build. If it were all-aluminum and the magnets were stronger, then perhaps it would better match the price.

This magnetic charging station surprised me with how cold it gets once it’s done charging, as my iPhone stays super cool to the touch. The heavy base gives it a solid feel and keeps it standing steady on my desk.
