Top of the line Customer Service
I purchased this lock on August 14th of 2025. I have been extremely happy with the quality, price, and functions of this lock. It is a versatile lock. I can unlock it with a traditional key, with my fingerprints, with code, or with an IC card. An IC card is the most convenient of all of them. However, I use the other options too once in a while. I had purchased another combination lock from Lowe’s (before buying this Bebasia Smart Lock) at double the price, with just the combination feature. I wish I had not bought that one. It works fine, but lacks all other features, and the price is double. I recommend this Bebasia lock with all confidence. The other day, I had to give someone my door code to take care of an emergency at my home while I was away. Later on, I wanted to change the door code. I asked the customer service representative for help, and they went beyond the call of duty to assist me. They answered each of my emails promptly. Their English is excellent if they have been communicating from China or some other non-English-speaking country. They have been very polite, highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and particularly patient. I am very pleased with their service.

Great lock and great software
The quality of the lock is top notch made of heavy metals and feels secure. When comparing it to other cheaper It is like comparing a iPhone to a prepaid budget phone. Just the build quality alone makes it a bargain at the $80-$100. You see these go for to achieve this quality at a big box store you would be spending an excess of $200.The locks are very easy to install, and most importantly the software that manages access is top notch. A person can have a single key card and you can program what doors that one key can open so my kids can open all exterior doors, but not my office while my single key opens every single door.I tried other locks that I promptly returned because of how buggy the software was I’m very happy I found this company.They also like the fact it does log, whose pin or fingerprint or key card was used to unlock the door and what time. You can also program the locks to automatically lock after whatever time period You want I personally rate about five minutes.

Really satisfied with this product and it was a fraction of the price of other brands. This was easy to install and setup. The color of it is nice and like the variety of options to unlock. Recommend this product if you’re in the market for a digital door lock combo.

Read reviews before purchasing to ensure it functions as you want it to. Keys can’t be duplicated. If battery dies when away, you may have a problem unless you have left a back up somewhere. If in a condo association and are required to leave key with them, know that you will only ever have 2 keys.That said, the lock works well when operational. Having a fob, a code and a finger print option is nice flexibility for family members, guests etc. There is an admin ‘switch’ on the inside that disables all of that as well, if you were wanting to make any changes. It was easy to install and program with codes. & fingerprints.Customer Service via Amazon connect was prompt to get back to us with answers. They cared about how we felt about the product and were eager to help.
