Installation was easy for the door, but setup was difficult because: Apparently, the lock came pre-configured, and I had a lot of trouble getting it recognized by the Tuya Smart app. Finally, after searching for information on Google and using AI, I managed to factory reset the lock, and that worked, and it was recognized by the Tuya Smart app.They should make the reset process clearer, as it’s not in the manuals.After that, I have no complaints; it works great

I purchased this smart lock full of hope, but now I have serious concerns about its security and reliability. After just a few weeks of use, the fingerprint scanner frequently fails to recognize fingerprints, leaving my family locked out on multiple occasions. Even more concerning is that the keypad has frozen up repeatedly, forcing us to use a spare key.

For your money’s worth this is the lock to buy it has more than one way to unlock it with a key your thumbprint they say five different ways the other ones I have in the house is only one way this is definitely a smart choice in the Smart Buy

This is a very nice fingerprint door lock It works very well. One issue did not come with keys. The company apologize for that, and offered a refund. I have no interest in a refund. It would be nice to have a key, in case it stop working one day.
