Amazing Seat Cushion!
I wasn’t expecting a cushion to make such a noticeable difference, but this SitCushion has honestly been amazing. I have scoliosis and deal with frequent lower back pain, especially when sitting for long periods at my desk or in the car. Since I started using this cushion, the pressure on my lower back and hips is significantly reduced, and my posture feels much more supported.The memory foam is firm enough to hold its shape but still comfortable, and the ergonomic cutout design really helps relieve pressure on the tailbone area. Great ergo design and size for an office chair
The ergo design at the back made it very comfortable for me when I sit cross legged. It also is a larger size so it fits most office chairs vs smaller sizes that slide around. You can site in many positions and it stays put and feels comfortable. The ergo design on the sides moreorless hugs you as well. Lightweight for this that need a portable cushion. Very well made and quality product.

Unique design, yet just as uncomfortable as any other cushion
This is a smartly and uniquely designed seat cushion. It’s shaped unlike any other I’ve ever gotten before, with so many exotic and abstract curves, that it could probably be mistaken for a piece of modern art if placed in an art gallery. It just generally looks really cool.Unfortunately, however, that clever design doesn’t fully translate to a good end user experience for the end of a user. Somehow I found it to be just as uncomfortable for long-term sitting as every other cushion I’ve previously tried.After a short while, my tailbone actually began hurting, and after a full day of sitting, the pain stayed with me. After a few days, it began having a negative effect on my posture, and induced an incessant pain at various parts of my body due to the odd sitting positions causing pressure to be put on the spinal column in ways that are harmful to the nerve endings. Admittedly, this has been the case for me with every single seat cushion I’ve ever tried, along with most chairs’ native cushions, so it’s not surprising or a big con specific to this product. Still, I felt it was worth noting, since this won’t work for everyone. Your mileage will vary.You can feel its odd shape, and because of the shape, your options for comfortable and ergonomic sitting positions are more limited and static. But the cushion is overall significantly larger than all the other cushions, both in thickness and in surface area, making this a cushion that is a better fit for large people. It really does live up to its “XL” size description.I did appreciate how it comes with an embedded handle in its design, making it easy to carry, along with two protective cover sheets, both made of a silky, stretchy material. Despite these extra features, the wild design, and the high build quality, it’s still more expensive than is truly warranted, especially since it won’t work for everyone. Still, it could be worth giving a shot. Just don’t be surprised if your back too ends up shot.

This was a lifesaver. I had Sciatica pain from a few rear end accidents, and this is great for that also. I actually purchased this, because I had fallen while trimming some trees and injured myself badly, which I will just leave to the imagination. The hospital had given one of the “donut” cushions, but it was pretty useless. I saw this and knew that I had to take a chance. The contours, the cut out, the overall fit was perfect, and I could actually sit down again! Then it was used after surgery during a long recovery and very thankful that I had it. I like the fact that it has a handle to carry it with as well and the fact that it has a separate cover so you can just unzip it, throw one in the wash and put the other on so you can still relieve the pain while being sure that the pillow is clean. It is a good quality pillow that has made all the difference. As always, that is the truth.

I have never ordered a seat support cushion before. I didn’t think I needed one, but when this one became available, I ordered it. It is the SITCUSHION MEMORY FOAM PRESSURE RELIEF CUSHION. It is a large size and comes with an extra cover, and get this, it also arrived with a car air freshener included. Nice touch! I put in on my office chair and I love it. I don’t know how I ever sat comfortably without it. It supports me in all the right places, and supposedly, it helps with good posture too. I think just about everybody could use it for that reason alone. I like the quality; it’s well made and doesn’t flatten out. When I received it, the instructions suggested to unwrap it from the plastic for 48 hours so that it would not be too stiff. So I did that. And I was really amused by what the pamphlet said. It said ” Did you know that only 1% of people use seat cushions? Congrats, you’ve joined that exclusive 1% by taking care of yourself!” If you would have asked me prior to this, I would have guessed zero percent. After this, I think that percentage number should steadily climb up. Also, I’ve never been in the 1% club of anything before. Have you? Do you know what else is cool? Pamphlet has a QR code to activate your 999,999 days Money Back Guarantee. I’m not kidding! That’s what it said. I’m not that great in Math but looked it up. That’s 2,739.7 years! OMG! Like I said I am amused( and impressed) by the pamphlet. Clever marketing! Can’t wait for somebody, anybody, to comment on my new-found good posture. You, too, need this cushion in your life!

Wow instant comfort. I have a couple of these types of pillows for my car, study, etc. I tried this one today straight out of the box on my office chair & have to say it provided instant comfort whilst sitting. Firstly, I was surprised by how large this is. It is actually a full size support cushion, made for regular sized bums. It is not some small sized trinket made for petite sized posteriors. That made me really happy. The inclusion of a replacement cover also made me happy, although the cover I received looks smaller than the cushion by an inch, so we will see how that goes when the time comes to replace it. The materials are really nice quality too. When I finally sat on the miracle cushion, I was even more surprised at how effective it was at relieving discomfort in my back and hips. This cushion is amazing. Obviously its effectiveness will be dependent upon a person’s particular injury, but for me, it works great.
