Upgraded look, feel and security to my home!
This has been an excellent upgrade for our front door. The fingerprint recognition is fast and accurate, only allowing those that have been entered and the touchscreen keypad is very responsive. I really appreciate having multiple entry options – fingerprint, keypad, and electronic key cards as well as a key just in case – so everyone in the household can use what works best for them. Having the added option of one time codes is great for when I have to have someone come and do work on my home without having the worry of giving a key someone can copy and giving one time access.Installation was surprisingly easy and straightforward, even without professional help. It fit perfectly on our existing door and feels solid and well-made. The lock operates smoothly, and the added convenience of keyless entry gives great peace of mind, especially when you’re coming home with your hands full.It also has the ability to lock and unlock from your phone so when you’re already comfortable in bed and want to make sure the door is locked you can don’t have to get up, just grab your phone. Although, it automatically locks after just a few minutes for added touch of security.Overall, this digital door lock combines security, convenience, and modern design. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy-to-install smart lock that works reliably and looks great on the door.I can’t wait to do the back door on our home!

Well built with a lot of features
This is a nice well built unit, I purchased this for a bedroom of another house we vacation at, simple setup, fingerprints work very good, code setup is also easy, the phone app works very good, a very sleek looking unit also, has a lot of high end features if you need them, the small key fobs work with no issues, the actual key placement is in a odd area, but that also would keep people from trying to pick the lot, I plan on another purchase in the future.

Excellent door lock
I was skeptical when I ordered the door lock , but was pleasantly impressed. Took 10 minutes to install with a screwdriver. The app on my phone works perfectly. The door options of fingerprint, key fob and code blew my mind. Not to forget that it has 2 keys as well. I would recommend for anyone needing a replacement door lock. I am buying another one for the back door.

Doesn’t work for children’s fingers
Doesn’t work well for children’s fingers also only Bluetooth not WiFi so can’t change code or setting unless standing right next to door.

As an Airbnb host and a homeowner with a family, this smart lock has been a great upgrade. Installation was surprisingly easy! Dysfunctional
It has a terrible delay and it got worse. I was locked out of my room for a significant amount of time and no code or the app would let me in. It would make a click noise and not actually unlock. It didn’t even make it a whole month before we got rid of it!

I ordered 2 of these locks to solve an issue with unauthorized entries into a work area. When the locks arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the locks. Very well made. At first I could not figure out how to add users without each user having to download an app. When I contacted the manufacturer their response was immediate, and they supplied me with the solution that I was looking for. If you are looking for a sturdy, dependable lock that enables you to assign multiple people their own access, this high quality lock will meet your needs at a reasonable price, and their tech support is prompt, courtious, and very helpful. Please note that if you need more key fobs, this lock uses a specific frequency and any fobs purchased must use the same frequency. The lock was easy to install, and with the help of their tech support the locks are easy to program individual users with only the main administrative person needing to download an app in order to add and remove users, assign access codes, key fobs, etc.

Funcionó excelente por los primeros dos meses. Después comenzó a dar fallas para abrir. Aún cuando le ponías la huella y marcaba en verde de aceptación, la puerta no abría.Nos hemos quedado afuera por este tipo de falla. Así duro 1 mes.Ahora ya solo puedes abrir mediante una llave física.Pésima funcionalidad. No tiene sentido comprarla.Quiero agregar que no hay soporte de la marca y que no tiene compatibilidad con ningún hub para poder abrir a distancia.

Went on with a screwdriver and some patience, fit my front door just fine. Fingerprint works quick and the keypad lights up clear at night. I like having a regular key as backup, that just makes sense. App was easy enough once bluetooth was on. Tip here, grab good AAA batteries and set the auto lock time right away. Keeps the door secure without fuss. Works like it should, and that matters.

Standard door lock design which was easy to install and replace the door lock installed by the buildingIn addition, it has a very intuitive setup on the app. I didn’t feel comfortable providing entry access using the app. But having both fingerprint and keycode option is really convenientIn addition, it needs 4 AA Battery which is easy to install and replace. I would advice using Alkaline Battery rather than Lithium as the instructions provided state that this would give longer warning when the battery needs to be replaced
