How to talk through the doorbell and the display?

Press the doorbell, connect the video screen, and then press the phone button to activate the doorbell intercom.After connecting the intercom, if the indoor screen wants to have a conversation: press and hold the phone button to talk, release it to send voice, similar to sending voice messages on WhatsApp.If the intercom is no longer needed, press the phone button again to end the intercom and enter standby mode.

Note: The indoor screen cannot wake up the outdoor doorbell camera. In standby mode, press and hold the phone button to activate the display screen, and then press twice to return to standby mode.

Video recording and storage

1. When a visitor presses the doorbell, the system will automatically start recording (a Micro-SD card needs to be inserted).

2. Video format is AVI, photo format is JPG, and loop recording is supported, automatically overwriting earlier content.

3. Supports up to 128GB Micro-SD cards. For stable operation, a 64GB card is recommended.

Important Notes Before Installation

Please be sure to test the video call between the doorbell and the display screen at the final installation location to ensure that the signal is smooth and without lag before fixing it in place .

Quick Installation Steps:

Remove Bracket: Slide the mounting bracket off the back of the doorbell.

Attach Bracket: Option 1 (3M Tape): Stick the adhesive to the bracket, then press the bracket firmly onto the desired location.

Option 2 (Screws): Use the bracket as a template to drill holes, insert the anchors, and secure the bracket with screws.

Secure Doorbell: Align the doorbell with the bracket slots and press down until it clicks into place.

A: In the playback menu, use the up and down arrow keys to select the file to be deleted, press and hold the confirmation button , select “Delete” in the pop-up menu and confirm.

A: It may be that the display screen is too close to the doorbell (<3 meters) or the volume is too loud. Please turn down the volume or move the display screen further away.

Q: Is the screen lagging or experiencing delays?

A: Please insert a Micro-SD card to improve system performance. The signal may be weakened by walls or metal doors; please try adjusting the installation location.
