Continuous pumping regardless of setting

The sensor is falsely triggered, usually due to reflective objects under the sensor. Please remove reflective objects under the sensor, and do not place the soap dispenser directly on a stainless steel, mirror or other reflective surface.

Can not adjust soap volume

Please press and hold the setting button for 2 seconds to quit child-lock model, then you can adjust the soap volume normally.

Sensor Calibration for First Use

The soap dispenser has an automatic calibration feature. For the first use, please trigger the sensor multiple times to allow it to calibrate automatically. Continue until it can correctly detect objects and hands.

Leak at the bottom?
