Works great!
I love this. Initially I had a problem connecting, but it was because I hadn’t enabled it to pair it with Bluetooth. Ever since, it has connected with Alexa and is very useful.

Good for a power strip, but not A SMART ONE
Even though I am lucky that all of the power sockets in this power strip works, even the usb A & C ones, but when it comes to connecting it to the internet even though I did everything it said for me to do as well as having the right connection signal etc etc, it simply is not detected or seen. So, in the end, I paid extra money for a power strip that IS NOT A SMART POWERSTRIP. Other than that, I am happy with it, the people making this product needs to go back to the drawing board definitely.

Great power strip
This is a very nice power strip with ample space for most of your needs. The standard plugs themselves are a little close together for some of my larger power bricks or anything with a squared plug, but they fit “regular” plugs side by side without any issue.The real upgrade is the combination of 2 each USB-A and USB-C portals which seem to be the norm for how most everything comes ready to charge these days. Ditch the bricks!

Crap App and bad design for the plug
One of the reason i am getting it a low rating is b/c i have to use Smart Life. That app is$#%#$ crap. First issue is that I only have six smart plugs not eight. Second, it does not go off the image you need to select and its not labeled. Third you really only have on and off functionality. All the other good apps will have the amount electricity it uses.

No app and definitely not for iPhone users
If you’re an Apple user or a current buyer there are no clear instructions for the app download. There was no QR code included, no website included, and several different Smart Life apps in the App Store. It looks good and does its job as a surge protector but can’t be smart if no apps work with or on iPhone. No real way to contact them to get any information as well.
