Great camera
This camera feels really well made. I don’t know if others are as heavy but it does have some weight to it. It wasn’t bad to set up and get mounted. It worked right away. Everything was working until I tried to send my husband a link. Since then I can no longer do a live look. I get all the notifications when someone comes to the door but no live. The camera is really good and clear. I have it hook up to power so I don’t know how the battery will do. I still like the camera but would love to be able to see live.

Buyer Beware!
Unless the weather is perfect you wont see anything with this doorbell. It functions well in perfect weather. In the video This is a foggy night. It looks like rain but it isnt raining. I went outside to wipe off the lens and there was no rain. It had rained a little but at the time it was not raining but it was very foggy outside. Even in the fog the lens blurs really badly to the point its just a doorbell and no longer a video recorder. I bought this in December and during the snowfall it was useless as a security recorder. I was going to return it in February but Amazon wouldnt let me. I kept it this long to give it the benefit of the doubt. I wiped the lens with a paper towel and a small amount of rain x. Seemed to help at first but only in good weather. I checked to see if maybe moisture got inside somehow but it doesnt look like it. It is under a small cover and really only gets wet if it rains really hard. Maybe I got a bad one and nobody else has experienced this with their doorbell. I stay away from the government RING doorbell The video uploaded is my doorbell at the moment im writing this.

Easy to install and use
The Botslab doorbell is very good. I wanted a local storage capability to avoid charges for cloud storage. The indoor ringer has a slot for a MicroSD card supporting up to 128 Gig of storage. I added the card for $14 from Amazon. The prime price for the SD card today is $11.05. Amazon Basics Micro SDXC Memory Card with Full Size Adapter, A2, U3, Read Speed up to 100 MB/s, 128 GB. The setup and installation of the doorbell camera was very easy, just follow the in-app prompts. Sharing with other phone was just as easy. The 180 degree HD camera is great for seeing packages and wide angle top to bottom and both sides. The camera can easily switch from wide angle to standard HD view as well as low light. I wanted to get the angled mounting plate so connected Customer Service with the in-app email. They responded within an hour and supplied the plate immediately. This is a full-featured, easy to use doorbell camera that I would recommend others to purchase.

Tardaba eternamente en cargar la imagen cuando alguien llamaba, y para cuando conseguías ver quién era, ya se había ido. La cobertura también dejaba bastante que desear.Con este timbre el cambio ha sido radical. La conexión es inmediata, sin esos desesperantes segundos de espera que tenía con el Ring. La calidad de imagen es notablemente mejor, se ve todo nítido desde el primer momento, y el ángulo de visión es mucho más amplio, abarcando toda la entrada sin tener que mover nada.La cobertura de red también es otro mundo, estable y sin cortes. Algo que con el Ring era pan de cada día.La instalación es muy sencilla, en pocos minutos lo tienes funcionando sin necesidad de electricista ni conocimientos técnicos. El material de montaje que incluye es suficiente y cumple bien su función.Como único pero, el timbre es bastante grande y no encontré en Amazon ningún soporte o carcasa compatible con sus dimensiones. Yo quería añadirle una protección extra y tuve que diseñarme e imprimirme uno en 3D. No es un fallo del producto en sí, pero si eres de los que busca ese tipo de accesorios, tenlo en cuenta.En general, muy satisfecho con la compra. Ojalá hubiera hecho el cambio antes.

Il pacco è arrivato in perfette condizioni e in tempi record, permettendomi di installare tutto nel weekend. Aprendo la confezione, ho notato subito che il prodotto rispecchia fedelmente le immagini presenti nella descrizione: il design è moderno, solido e ben rifinito, esattamente come me lo aspettavo.Qualità Video e Audio: La risoluzione a 5MP fa davvero la differenza rispetto ad altri modelli 1080p che ho provato in passato. L’immagine è nitida, i dettagli sono ben visibili sia di giorno che di notte, e l’angolo di visuale a 180° è fantastico per avere una panoramica completa dell’ingresso senza punti ciechi. Anche l’audio bidirezionale è chiaro, senza fastidiosi ritardi.Esperienza d’uso e Durata Batteria (La prova reale): Avendo acquistato due unità, posso offrire un confronto reale sulla durata della batteria, dato che non li ho collegati alla rete elettrica ma li utilizzo esclusivamente in modalità wireless. I dispositivi funzionano egregiamente, ma è importante notare che l’autonomia è strettamente legata alla posizione e al traffico di persone:Unità 1 (Via frequentata): Posizionato sull’ingresso principale che dà su una strada più trafficata, il sensore di movimento scatta più spesso. In questo scenario ad alta intensità, la batteria dura circa 3 mesi, dopodiché è sufficiente una notte per ricaricarlo completamente e rimetterlo in funzione. Un compromesso più che accettabile per la sicurezza che offre.Unità 2 (Zona tranquilla): Il secondo, posizionato in un punto con meno passaggio, ha una durata notevolmente superiore, confermando la stima dei 210 giorni dichiarati se le attivazioni sono contenute.Installazione e App: Un grande punto a favore è la facilità di montaggio. Non avendo bisogno di cablaggi elettrici, l’installazione è alla portata di tutti e richiede pochi minuti. L’App per smartphone è intuitiva e ben fatta: le notifiche di “rilevamento umano” sono precise (evitando falsi allarmi per auto o animali) e la connessione Wi-Fi (io uso il 2.4GHz per una maggiore portata attraverso i muri) è stabile.Verdetto: Apprezzo moltissimo l’assenza di canoni mensili nascosti per rivedere le registrazioni. Se cercate un videocitofono affidabile, con un’ottima qualità video e la versatilità della batteria ricaricabile, questo BOTSLAB è un acquisto che consiglio a occhi chiusi. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
