Read Before You Buy: The LOCK button on the keypad does NOT lock the door. You need to open the app to lock the door from the outside.Below is from BlueSafe Technical Support:The 🔒 button on the touch panel does not actually lock the door or disable the handle. It does not engage the locking mechanism.To fully secure the lock (disable the outside handle), it needs to be done via the app or by Auto Lock.It also takes over 24 hours to get a response. To get to this point, it took 3 days of online “Live Chat”

It’s honestly a great lock with excellent features. You can set a list of access codes and keep track of locks/unlocks. Be it manual or codes used. It can be unlocked and locked by smart phone as well. Easy to install and use. It tells you when locked and unlocked. Very convenient too. Extremely happy! 😊

you cannot actually lock the lock from the outside using the keypad.
I really wanted this lock to work, but I would not recommend it.The biggest issue is that you cannot actually lock the lock from the outside using the keypad. That makes this product useless. For a smart lock, being unable to lock it from the keypad – what’s the point of a keypad?On top of that, I had mechanical issues with mine. It would sometimes say “unlocked,” but the outside handle still would not open the door correctly. I also tested it off the door and still had inconsistent behavior.
