It’s great – sleek and professional. Very well made from good, thick Durable plastic that will last a long time. Not as long as I thought, though. I bought 2, but need to buy 1 or 2 more.

Quality Handle & Cinching Strap seperate this accordion file from the pack
I have been using 2 per-year similar plastic accordion files for the last decade. They are vastly superior and more durable than the paper tag-board accordion files of yore. The one weakness that most plastic accordion files share with the paper versions are the lack of a transport handle in the lid and the closure mechanism was a thin round elastic cord, that are not strong or long enough to secure the expandable file as it grows thicker as papers are added. This caused me to purchase adjustable elastic luggage straps that costs me as much as the files did, to secure them. In contrast these files have a strong plastic handle installed in the lid, and there is a strong wide adjustable strap with a snap latch installed between the lid and body of the file. This eliminates the need for my additionally purchased external straps. With the included strap and handle, it’s easy to keep the file at its minimum size and safely transport and store it without worry that the file will “fall-expand open” like toppled dominoes spilling out all your filed papers. I also like this version because the translucent file tabs allow you to insert your own labels (I have saved template sheets with my tab identifiers that I print out and cut to size every year) rather than the versions that have you write on the tabs or apply external adhesive labels to the tabs. Bottom Line: Buy these you’ll love them!

File organizer
It topped my expectations, this folder has a lot of pockets. It helps me stay organized with documents i do need. I do everything online or paperless but somethings we have to have printed.

Not for carrying around
These are pretty nice once you open them, but I had to “air it out” There was a funny smell. Also, the handle lasted a day and then broke. Not sure why, the case isn’t very heavy. The size was just right for what we needed. It won’t be easy to handle or use since the Handle broke, but we will make due. The snap closure and the pockets are fine. I would give this 4 stars if the handle wouldn’t have broken at 1st use and there wasn’t a smell.
