2. Reset and Activate the Doorbell
Press the doorbell button to activate the device, then hold the reset button for 3-5 seconds until the doorbell indicator flashes red, indicating activation.

3. Sync the Doorbell with Your Phone
After resetting the camera, download and run the CloudEdge app. Select “Add Device” > “Smart Doorbell” > “Next”, follow the video or the APP’s guide to connect the camera with 2.4Ghz wifi.

4. Pair the Included Chime with the Doorbell
Press the setting button on the chime to activate it; it will flash red. Then, press the doorbell button to activate the doorbell. If the chime flashes blue, it indicates that the chime has been successfully paired with the doorbell.

5. Install the Doorbell on the Wall
To prevent the doorbell from falling, secure it to the wall using the included screws. For apartment installations where drilling is not preferred, you can also attach the doorbell to the wall using the included 3M tape, ensuring the wall surface is stable.

What should I do if my doorbell drains battery quickly?

While it’s attached to the wall, I can’t charge the unit nearby. Can I remove it from the backing to charge inside?

WE LOVE OUR DOORBELL CAMERA!
We love this doorbell camera. I love how you can position the direction of the camera. I’m glad it doesn’t swivel & the remote is the app, this is the perfect home accessory for us. The photo & video quality is impressive. Here’s a photo I took one random morning when I looked through the app & saw this beauty. We had heavy fog, so thick & it made the sun look like a fire in the sky.If you have any issues, check the app, it will answer all of them. The camera is durable because one of our cats knocked it down while I was charging it. Great value & functionality for sure. This doorbell camera makes me feel safe. Yesterday there was a solicitor out front, didn’t ring the bell, but he was in the detection zone & the camera alerted me via the app’s push notifications. My husband is also able to see & receive alerts.Oh, one last tidbit, my husband has full control of our camera on his phone & yesterday while I was putting our solar lights back in place after our landscaper was finished, my husband startled me by speaking through the intercom & he works 30 miles away. That’s amazing.

Excellent Value
I bought this to replace a wired video doorbell that caused some issues with my home’s built-in wired doorbell system one time and almost burned the house down. Needless to say, I don’t want to touch the wired doorbell for fears of this happening again.So far, this wireless video doorbell has been excellent! It has far exceeded my expectations. For the price, I very much doubt that you can find a better alternative. I’ve installed my own SD card and set the recording time to automatic, with human detection sensitivity set to the middle values. The picture is excellent and the app has a great layout once you get comfortable with it.If you’re looking for a wireless doorbell with great battery life, great picture, good night vision, that’s easy to install either permanently with screws or adhesive only (good for renters like me), then this is the one in my opinion!(Oh I almost forgot, the connection to my wifi is excellent and the setup took about 1 minute, too easy!)I’m not getting paid for this review and I bought the product myself out of my own pocket. I’m just a happy customer and people should know it’s a good product.

Great Camera, You do NOT need to purchase anything else to use this. I used an SM card that I had on hand. Good View form the camera. It is a little anoying that you are asked to buy storage every time you look at the view. I will contact them about that.

Cost effective & serves its purpose
I bought this doorbell camera instead of the Google Nest Doorbell due to the price. Although I am a Google products fan, I simply needed a working camera for my door & didn’t need the fanciest model. The set up on the app was pretty simple. Took about an hour to charge initially but it’s been up 2 weeks now and it’s still at 66% so I’ll probably be charging it once a month.My porch light is on a timer so I only saw the camera’s night vision once when the power went out for a little bit. (VIEW PICS) I’ve never used the 2-way intercom but I can hear everything outside pretty clear when viewing the camera which I like.I only have 2 issues so far:1. The video is pretty clear for the most part BUT my only issue is with the “humanoid motion tracking”. Sometimes it starts recording too late and you’re basically looking at the back of someone’s head as they’re walking away from the door instead of recording when the door first open and a person steps out. I have the “humanoid alarm area” set up to cover my front door yet the camera always seems a few seconds late. (VIEW PICS) Today I came up the stairs & walked right in the door and I DIDN’T DETECT ME AT ALL which is concerning bc I’m pretty sure I’m human lol but also bc I need to know when someone is on my porch. Not sure how to fix this issue or even if I can but I guess you get what you pay for2. Minor issue but the adhesive on the back of the mount was TRASH. The whole camera fell down the very next day. Luckily it wasn’t damaged but the camera would have been pointless for my purpose of home monitoring if I had mounted it & then left town while my camera watched the floor. I had some thick double sided stickies from the Dollar Tree so I used about 10 of those to stick the mount to the wood wall outside of my door & it stays up just fine now so no biggie since they’re only $1 & I already had them so no big inconvenience there. (VIEW PICS)All in all I’d still give 4 stars because despite the 2 issues listed above, it does serve its purpose. So if you don’t want to spend $140 on Google products then I’d recommend this camera.

No longer detecting motion after less than a year.
Was great until the last full charge less than a week ago. The camera feed is way more clear than my front door ring camera, I use this one to watch the back side of my house and driveway. I bought it shortly after my birthday last May because 2 days after putting together and covering the grill I bought as a gift for myself someone attempted to steal it. It was time to charge the camera last week. After charging and remounting it suddenly no longer is detecting motion. Even right in front of it it may pick up once and then is delayed. I have tried everything to no avail. It is completely useless if it is not detecting motion or movement. Does no good to have to go to the live feed which is pretty much the only time it works now. The day after originally leaving this review (which by the way I just found out was left on a camera I did not purchase) it was full of condensation, the condensation dried by nightfall and had a clear picture. Tonight at 10:40pm TN the video is so cloudy I can barely see anything and around one edge is what I can at best refer too as being blurry and pixelated. As I said totally useless when it’s not detecting motion, even more useless now.3-14-2026 got a firmware update this morning that did absolutely nothing, motion still not detected. Yesterday my cousin and I both stood less than 2 inches from the camera and both moved at an amount that should have alerts nonstop. I got 1 very delayed notification.

Habe heute meine Video Türklingel XTU J10 erhalten und gleich ausgepackt. Die Klingel macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck.Gerät war im Nu installiert und montiert. Ohne noch lange Kabel zu verlegen. Habe anfangs lange überlegt ob es die richtige ist für den Preis von doch 100€ da es ja einige auf dem Markt gibt. Die ersten Bilder und Videos auf dem Handy überzeugen total von der Qualität der Video Klingel. Klasse Bilder bei Tag und Nacht. Die Installation mit der App war ein Kinderspiel. Vorgänge von der Klingel könnte man auch auf Alexa Echo anschauen, habe ich aber noch nicht mit einander verbunden.Den Bewegungssensor finde ich auch super da die Erfassung von Personen oder anderem schon beginnt bevor sie geklingelt haben. Die Übertragung vom Klingelknopf wird 1 zu 1 übertragen ohne Verzögerung.Die Speicherung auf SD-KARTE war mir auch sehr wichtig, da man somit auf eine Cloud verzichten kann. Was auch wieder Kosten spart.Bis jetzt kann ich nichts Negatives darüber sagen und der Kauf hat sich bestätigt.Somit würde ich mich wieder für die Video Türklingel XTU J10 entscheiden.Nachtrag zum Kundenservice am 18.12.24Da meine micro Karte auf einmal nicht mehr von der Klingel erkannt wurde, nahm ich Kontakt zum Kundenservice auf. Da nahm man mein Problem sehr ernst und mir wurde umgehend weiter geholfen. Schließlich konnten wir den Fehler finden und beheben.Danke noch mal an Sandy die mir zur Seite stand das Problem zu beheben.

You can use voice commands to talk through the doorbell, which is super handy.To connect it to Alexa, you’ll need to enable the “Morecam” skill in the Alexa app and link your doorbell account.
