I can’t review it until I get a replacement because I wasn’t actually able to install it it didn’t come into pieces the lock bar is completely stuck together so I can’t install it when I get a replacement and actually install it then I will be able to put in actual review

Good lock but needs better touch and lighting
The lock works well and I like the speaking ability, but it’s very hard to see the face and what to push because it’s not lit up. I had to buy a light to stick above it. Was a bit difficult to understand how to set up, but once I finished it was simple steps to open it and it opens fast. Just needs lighting prior to touching also it doesn’t light up the moment I touch it. Takes a couple times to light up.
