The reason I bought this model of scrubber, was because of the “discounted” price-62% off. (Amazon Prime Days) I’m disappointed not only with the bait and switch of the pricing, but also with this product as well as the lack of customer service.The price was INCREASED for the sale, then marked 62% off. As now that Prime days are over, the price is reduced.I charged the scrubber as soon as I got it, waited for the 3 white lights to come on and not blink, which means fully charged. A full charge is expected to get 120 minutes-without using hard pressure. I “gently” used it on my bathtub for 25 minutes, as that’s all the battery allowed!!! I immediately charged it again until 3 white lights appeared and didn’t blink. When I unplug the charger, it immediately shows 2 white lights!!!I read the (included) manual, which has SEVERAL spelling/grammatical errors, and was little to no help! Troubleshooting section has 3 options, (Q&A) which state to contact customer service if suggestions given doesn’t work. NO WHERE IN THE MANUAL DO THEY TELL YOU HOW YOU CAN CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NO EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER!!! Only a warranty email which is useless for customer service purposes!!!I had to google goodpappa’s customer service to get an email address. Now to wait and see if I ever get a response…I also want to say, I purchased my mom this same item, and she has the same issue with hers! She lives in a different state than I do, and doesn’t drive, therefore I’ll be out the money for hers, as she can’t drive to return it!! Very unfortunate!!I wish I would’ve went with my first instinct, and went with the model that was “on sale, $10.00 more.”

Great item, very helpful!
This scrubber is quite amazing! It can clean almost anything with minimal stretching, reaching, or other discomfort. It is slim and yet has a powerful motor. It is easy to assemble and has brushes, pads, and pretty much any other kind of accessory you would want. From those standpoints I would highly recommend it.I have given much thought to writing this review because I am a bit conflicted. I was not able to operate the angle adjustment button. Every once in a while it would work for me but mostly it did not. I put the part in water, as the instructions recommend, but it still only worked very intermittently. I contacted the seller, described my problem and they very kindly and promptly sent me a replacement. Their customer service has been outstanding. Unfortunately, I still have the same problem with the new button. I suspect that the issue is severe arthritis in my hands, especially my thumbs so that I simply do not have the necessary strength to operate the button. I do not want to discourage anyone from buying this great piece of equipment and I hesitated to even mention my problem but decided it would be an incomplete review if I did not. I gave 4 stars for the same reason.Because I like the scrubber so much I have worked out an adaptation that works pretty well: I managed to get the button to operate and I set the angle at about 45°. It works pretty well in most situations. I am pleased that I am able to use it.
