Very practical and safe
Installing this lock was easier than I imagined. The instructions are clear, and it was up and running in less than 20 minutes. I love that it offers both a code and a physical key, so I don’t have to worry about forgetting my PIN.The automatic locking system is very useful, especially when I’m out in a hurry, and the keypad responds well to the touch. Great smart lock for the price!I’m really happy with this lock. It was super easy to install, and the instructions were clear. The keypad works perfectly and feels solid when locking and unlocking. Keyless entry door lock
This lock looks nice and seamless. Is it easy to install and comes with all needed hardware. It fits typical doorknob sizing so if you have an existing location it will fit just fine. Lock is made of relatively sturdy materials but not quite as robust as the top name brands like Schlage. I noticed the bolts that hold the mechanism on the door are about half of the name brand bolts. One thing that is a learning curve is the programming. Between the need of a 6 digit code and the software runarounds it can be a little frustrating. I noticed that the programming would be next to impossible without the activated voice commands. I turned those off as I didn’t want to hear it and almost made it impossible to further the setup. After finishing programming I found the deadbolt to not be fully engaging or disengaging which made it so I could not open my door. Overall the product works but is not the quality or seamless install of the name brands. I think this would work well for an interior door locking but not quite as robust as I would want for an exterior door.

Difficult to program
This was the most confusing thing we ever saw. Instructions were not clear. They seemed to be written by someone who had to then translate it to English. The video they suggested didn’t even help.After my husband was confused, I thought I would set it up easily. He had installed it just fine. I’m pretty good at figuring out programming things. But programming the system just didn’t make sense. We finally figured out how to set up an administrator, but we couldn’t erase the preset 123456 or 000000. And we never did figure out how to put in a code…unless our admin number was supposed to be one. But that didn’t unlock it either. After three sessions of an hour each trying to make it work, we gave up and bought one at Lowe’s. It was installed quickly, it was programmed within 5 minutes.Because we bought this in advance of buying our house, we are past the return window. So we just wasted the money.

Good door lock with minor issues
This was so easy to install within minutes we have a functionctional door that is secure but easy to program for family access. The material is sturdy, nice color, the programming is straight forward and fast, and the quality is nice. The only issue we have had is the screws loosen after months of use and we have to retighten… other brands haven’t been like this, I also don’t care for the voice.

Works fine for what it is
This is a great little lock! Makes my life so much easier just punching in a code and now I do not have to worry about my daughter remembering her key. Install was easy and it seems to function very well. Fits well on my door and seems well built for the price. It is not the fanciest unit on the market but also much more affordable. If your goal is to fix the “forgotten key” issue, this works just fine
