My camera won’t connect to the app. How to fix it?
Check power (indicator on). Update CloudEdge App to the latest viersion. Enable location & Bluetooth on your phone. Try “Reccinfigure Network” in-app. Reset by holding reset button 10s till light flashes if failed, retry setup.
Does this solar security camera support 5G wifi connection?
2K Solar Security Cameras only supports 2.4GHz WiFi coonnection, 5GHz WiFi is not supported. Please make sure your phone is connected to 2.4GHz WiFi when setting up the solar camera.

Far EXCEEDED my expectations!
The subdivision I live in has been mostly crime free for over 15 years, the kind of neighborhood where you felt you could even leave your doors unlocked. Enter 2023 & we’ve had a few instances of automobiles being broken into & garage thefts. I thought maybe it was time to look into a security camera and/or a motion detecting spotlight. I thought even if it was only as a deterrent that would be a big win; I would rather deter a crime than have to deal with the aftermath even with evidence. I started looking on Amazon and found the prices weren’t as bad as I anticipated, in fact they were very reasonable. Many looked about the same and I put several in my Wishlist. In reviewing them there was something about the listing of the TKENPRO that stood out for me, and I decided I wanted to buy from this seller. The price was outstandingly reasonable and I noticed this camera also had the MOTION DETECTING SPOTLIGHT, so I was getting both security devices that I wanted for less than the price of the spotlight. Plus with the solar panel for recharging the battery, I didn’t have to deal with the cost & time of running electrical wiring. This seemed almost too good to be true at this price point, but I figured it would be adequate.When the camera arrived I was impressed by the quality of the build. Then after downloading the CloudEdge app I really started to appreciate ALL the features this camera and software offers. I had no problems with connectivity. The spotlight is impressively bright. The sensitivity of motion detection offer a wide range of options. The rotation that you can control within the app both horizontally and vertically is smooth. The app has a whole range of features that are almost too many to cite individually in the review, but you can get a good idea from the TKENPRO listing. I might also add that even though it is not mentioned, there is a free downloadable desktop version of CloudEdge that I can run in BlueStacks on my PC. I actually prefer using it over my Droid phone. Last but not least is the picture quality! Before retiring I owned a restaurant & with serving alcohol , security cameras were a must have. On the couple of unfortunate times that I had to let the police view the videos, they complimented the picture quality of the commercial cameras I had that were far more expensive than this one. I can honestly say I think the quality of the photos/video of this little camera is even better than those commercial cameras. I had a couple of SD cards I wasn’t using that I opted to install in this TKENPRO camera. They are so inexpensive and the 128GB storage is a better option than the hard drive the restaurant cameras used.I rely for the most part on the HONEST reviews left by the users on Amazon, so I hope that if you’re in the market for a security camera you see this review. I can confidently say this is the camera to get, I have zero regrets, as a matter of fact I think this is the best investment I’ve made all year.

A very good security camera that includes a solar panel. It covers a wide area and features built-in night vision. You can designate a specific zone in your yard, and if anyone enters or passes through it, the alarm will sound. I recommend this camera—it is easy to use.

Good day. I was looking for a way to remotely monitor my mother in her later years (90) and I didn’t want a fixed view camera or one with poor video resolution. My search directed me to a PTZ style camera that gave me only 90% of what I needed. The camera price is what made up on the missing 10%. The only issue that am having is the app fails to connect to the cameras at times. I am sure there is an easy fix for that. I also pray painted the cameras green so the people don’t see them.Pro’s and con’sPro’s: 1. Video is high quality2. Microphone works good. I hear people outdoorstalking 60ft – 80ft away.3. I love to pan or tilt the camera to follow movementeven when I am on the road4. Easy to install.5. Great priceCon’s. 1. The cameras fails to connect to the app daily.

Brought this a disposable outdoor garden watcher
Brought this camera because of the low price, good reviews, solar charging and wireless connections. Because of the low price did not think it would be much of a camera. Wow, was I wrong. Images and videos are sharp both day and night. Motion detection and alerts working flawlessly. No cloud subscription required, which was a big benefit for me. Added an micro SD card I had and installed on a post near our garden to watch for critters. One surprise was at night it uses IR to watch the area, if it sees motion it turns on the on broad lights to get full color images/videos. So far the battery life is excellent and the solar charging keeps the battery maxed out. Have never gone below 85% charged since put into operation. We shall see if the winter cycle is as successful soon.Overall this was a fantastic surprise. Well worth the money and the quality if great.

Camera does a pretty good job
I purchased one of these cameras in December of 2023. It is very easy to set up to the app and functions very well. Picture quality is really great, day or night. I like the spotlight feature. When they come on, the camera goes into color mode. I also like that I can see where to put my key in the door when I come home at night. The Tkenpro 2K is a super nice camera. Especially for the money.After three months however, I had an issue with one of the night time lights malfunctioning. I contacted customer support and received an email in return from Lala, a customer service rep within one day. Lala asked that I take a picture of the camera to show what the problem was. I did as asked and Lala immediately responded with an email stating they would send out a replacement camera. I received the new camera within only three days. I was very impressed with how quickly she responded. Since then, the replacement camera works as it should. It captures nice quality images and I have no complaints. I appreciate that this company stands behind their product and that the customer service reacts in a very timely manner. A special thank you to Lala for her level of professionalism. I would recommend this product.
