Amazing printer!
This printer does a fantastic job at printing high quality images at a very hastily pace. The printer I would consider as “medium size” for a printer and does not take up much space. It makes the minimal amount of noise compared to other printers and it’s for a short period of time because of its hasty printing speed. You can either connect it to the internet through Ethernet cable or wireless, wireless in my case and I’ve never had any issues with the internet connection. I have yet to try the color printing version of the printer because this printer set only comes with black and white ink, but I’m sure it also does a magnificent job. With the sharpness in the images, I’m sure the color quality will be great. Overall, this printer is very very good, even if it a little pricey. You can even add users with passwords if you want to use it for office work

Set Experience
This is not an easy printer to setup for emailing a scan document but if you call canon support they help you step through the process and it only takes 10 to 15 mins. After that it is a great printer

Impossible to connect – maybe it’s the user
Canon ImageCLASS are easy to set up but are the most difficult printers connect to my laptop; I’ve had it one month and only got it to connect one time; there is NO “help desk” to call; it is reliable: won’t connect; it goes to sleep despite changing the setting; I’m kicking myself for not returning it in the return window. Looks nice, bigger screen than my last ImageCLASS (yes, I bought same type due to small footprint needed). Ink consumption is fine, copies nicely. Nothing else works.

Horrible web interface, needs to fine tune for quality, really fast scanner
I bought this Canon imageCLASS MF465dw II due to the price and capabilities.Pros:>Really cool ADF that can duplex scan on one pass, FAST>Color screen is very nice and easy to use>Print quality is good, assuming you’re using the right drivers>Great value for moneyCons>Really complicated web UI for advanced functions>Need to fine tune print quality with correct driversI was about to return this printer because the print quality for simple text was bad compared to my old Brother MFC-L2900dw. But was able to fix this by installing the using the most updated PS drivers from Canon for my Mac. Do not use the default AirPrint drivers. The other thing I was about to return this unit for was it’s web UI, it’s convoluted and unintuitive, even for myself with a career in IT. I was trying to set the SMTP server and port so I can scan to e-mail, but Canon decided to put the port settings in a completely different part of the menu. Typically SMTP server address and port fields are in the same page, but Canon decided to put the port setting in the TCP/IP menu. I swear this web interface was about to shave a few years off my life due to stress.

Don’t miss the opportunity to buy this machine. You won’t be sorry.
This is an amazing machine. I love the idea that it prints duplicate in one pass. The speed is awesome. And the print is clear as can be. The scanning technology is amazing and very fast. I have been able to speed production on paperwork extremely. Can’t say enough good things about this machine.

All the features you could want
Pros:- Fast.- Full featured.- Came with preinstalled tone cartridge.- Easy setup.Cons:- The touch screens UI isn’t very slick, but still usable.- It’s a little noise- Why not black, the color sucks, seems like it should be from the 90s.

Arrived in Poor Condition and would not power on
Arrived in Poor Condition and Completely DefectiveReview:The printer arrived in its original box, but the packaging looked old and worn — almost like it had been sitting on a shelf for months or possibly repacked. The plastic inside was wrinkled, which was the first sign something wasn’t right. When I plugged it in, the motor made noise, but the display never lit up and the machine would not start up at all. I contacted Canon support, and even their technician told me the unit was likely defective straight out of the box.On top of that, buyers should know that the seller only gives you 24 hours to drop the item off at UPS, USPS, FedEx, or another carrier once the return is approved. That is extremely inconvenient if you work or have limited availability, and it adds unnecessary pressure to an already frustrating situation.Very disappointing experience for a brand‑new printer. I’m returning it and hoping this was just a bad unit, but other buyers should be aware of the condition and the strict return window.
