Super easy install and set up. Paper instruction is just one small price of paper, be careful not to discard it.However, should it be missing or damaged, just download the app “Benbengo” and scan the qr code on your device. Make sure in the app that you are selecting vehicle plug in devices when you are activating it cuz this company makes several kinds. On this device there’s no “on” button. It’s on as soon as you plug it in, but you have to mess around with the settings in the app to get in going. Mine showed no signal at first.Two draw backs to this device: it has bright indicator lights that are always on, which defeats the purpose of secretly tracking a vehicle. I put black electrical tape over mine. Other issue is if your vehicles plug in is right on the bottom edge of your dash underside, this thing sticks out in full view. Do a their or anyone observant is going to see it is there even with the lights covered. The service to use it is $8.99 a month. Which is worth every penny because it’s extremely accurate.My other cons would be that you can’t select which alerts you want or even what sound the notification makes.The sound will be whatever is the standard alert sound is you have set on ur phone. So whatever sound your calendar alert makes.It is going to alert you when the vehicle moves, exceeds the speed limit, or makes a harsh brake.That’s it. And you can’t turn any of those off without turning them all off.The app features are extremely basic and needs work.Other ones available in this price range though require you to purchase a seperate active sim card and need to be charged periodically.This one works off the vehicles battery and has its own active Sim as long as you pay your monthly fee.It requires very little power, so it doesn’t drain ur battery.

I’ve been using Benbengo for vehicle GPS tracking in Colombia, and it’s been a really solid experience.The location tracking is accurate and updates consistently, which is the most important thing. The interface is simple and easy to use, without unnecessary complexity, and the app feels stable—no crashes or syncing issues so far.If anything, I’d like to see more customization in alerts, but overall it does exactly what it promises and does it well. This Benbengo tracker has truly exceeded my expectations. Installation was effortless and genuinely ‘plug and play.’ I had it activated and set up in just a few minutes. I especially appreciate how small and discreet the device is. Once plugged in, it’s virtually unnoticeable, which provides great peace of mind in the event of a theft.The real-time tracking is both responsive and highly accurate. The app is easy to navigate and updates frequently. My only minor suggestion for improvement would be an option for the map to lock its zoom level while tracking a vehicle in motion, as it requires frequent re-zooming from the wide default view. However, that’s a small detail in an otherwise flawless experience. The detailed trip history is perfect for logging mileage, and the driver behavior and speeding notifications are great features for putting my nerves at ease when someone else is using my vehicle.What truly sells this device is the incredible value. So, I needed a tracker, just in case.This tracker caught my attention because it’s affordable, and the monthly subscription is super reasonable too. Setting it up was so easy. I plug it directly into the car’s OBD port, and that’s it. No charging required, which I love! I wanted something that works all the time without me having to think about it.It started working immediately, and the real-time location updates are very accurate—there’s only about a 3–5 meter error. That’s impressive for something in this price tag.One feature I didn’t expect to love so much is the driving behavior alerts. It sends me notifications for things like hard braking or speeding. It’s not only great for my car’s security but also super helpful for keeping tabs on driving habits. I’m thinking of getting another one for my teenage nephew as a new driver. I think his mom will like it !I’m really happy with this tracker! It’s affordable, reliable. Highly recommend!

Car theft around my place has been getting bad, so I grabbed this and it’s honestly been solid.Setup was super easy. I’m not car-savvy at all, but plugging it into the OBD port took maybe half a minute, and within about 5 minutes it had a signal and was tracking. Since then, it’s just been working smoothly. The app is simple and easy to use, nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. The subscription is cheaper than most I found, and I like that it’s just month-to-month payment.The only thing is that the tracker does stick out a bit once it’s plugged in, so if someone knew where to look, they might notice it. But I guess that’s the same for most obd trackers.One cool bonus I didn’t expect is their web portal. There’s a “Trips” feature there (not in the app) that breaks down all your drives for the day, and you can even trace back up to a year. Super handy if you like having that history.

The tracker works while connected to the car OBD port. Comes with a SIM card in the device. Works only by subscription. Monthly fee of 13.5 cad is too high for my liking. Good for basic vehicle tracking.
