Excellent Smart Lock – quality video and easy to use
This the best smart lock I’ve ever used. It offers a great range of features, and the video quality is excellent. Installation was straightforward, and it fits standard doors without any issues. The myQ app integrates seamlessly and is very easy to use. I especially like the keypad and facial recognition, which make it convenient to leave the house without carrying keys. It also provides peace of mind by keeping me informed about activity at home while I’m away. Highly recommend this lock!

Great Product
Replaced my deadbolt, doorbell, and camera all with this one thing and honestly can’t believe it took this long for something like this to exist. The face recognition is wild — door just opens as you walk up, no hands, no fumbling with your phone. Video quality at night is super clear too, way better than I expected. Setup was easier than I thought it’d be, had it going in like 20 minutes. Really glad I made the switch.

MyQ Smart Lock – a solid lock with many useful features and simple to install
The MyQ Home Entry Smart Lock arrived overnight. It is a solid stylish lock. Replacing an existing deadbolt with this Smart Lock is straight forward. The first step was to charge the battery, then installation was intuitive. I also found simple installation instructions on YouTube. I had already set up MyQ and the MyQ App discovered this new lock right away. The lock works with either the keypad, a finger tip, a key or facial recognition which is super helpful. With the MyQ App I can add a pet walker or friend, so they are able to access the house. I can allow them access via facial recognition, a finger tip, a key (which I won’t be using) or I can give them an individual code for a period of time by setting it up in the MyQ App. This is a game changer. This lock looks great and makes access simpler for me, my family and others who need it. I’m very pleased with this new smart lock and would purchase it again.

Know who is at your door, no matter where you are
This video doorbell is really cool. I love that I can take our dogs for a walk and it will automatically lock behind us, but it will also unlock when we approach it, keeping our hands on the dog leashes the whole time. The install went smoothly following the included instructions and the MyQ app (integrated with BILT step by step instructions). There is built in AI, will tell what is happening at the door, such as “a person with a red shirt left a package”. My husband travels for work, this video lock makes me feel safe and we love that in works with our MyQ app that we use for the garage door opener

To Much Trouble Easier Options Available
Install and set up was typical amout of frustration but a successful for my face and fingerprint but pin never worked.The reason for 1 star is to add additional users they need to be invited and that was a dead end. After 2 hours of attempts to get my wife able to record her finger print and face the product went back in the box. Wasted half a day on install and failed programming. Hoped I could press add user in my app have yhem record their face and/or fingerprint but of course they force you to set up a full account for each person and thats where we hit the brick wall.

Awesome 3 in 1 Keypad/Camera Smartlock
What a wonderful smart lock!! This is exactly the camera and key pad combination I’ve been looking for. This smart lock includes doorbell, camera/video, keypad entry, facial and fingerprint recognition and connection to the MyQ app. Very easy installation and easy connection to the app. If you already have the app (like we have one for our garage prior to buying), it connects seamlessly. I would HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking for keypad entry with camera capability…such a game changer!

Futuristic and Reliable
Started using the myQ Secure View 3-in-1 Smart Lock for about a week now and it is one of those upgrades that just makes everyday life easier. Installation was pretty straightforward, and once it was set up, everything has worked smoothly.What really stands out is how many ways there are to unlock the door. The fingerprint scanner is fast and accurate and the app control is super convenient when I’m not home. Even though I haven’t yet used the the PIN or the face access features, I am looking forward to using these features for future guests.I love the built-in 2K camera. The video quality is sharp, even at night thanks to the color night vision, and the two-way audio is clear enough to have a quick conversation with someone at the door. I like being able to check in and see what’s going on without opening the door or even being home.Overall, it just feels like a well-thought-out product. It combines security, convenience, and smart features without being overly complicated. Definitely worth it if you’re looking to upgrade your home security with something modern and reliable.

Bought and installed this product. Installation was straightforward, instructions were clear. The MyQ application is not ready to fully suppot this item, as of 1/22/26. Can enter code for owner and dousehold, which requires each user to install the MyQ app, but I cnnot enter a guest code, such as for a housekeeper, nanny, etc. A severe limitation.
