Nice lock. Works great!
Have been using for a couple months now. So far no issues. Easy to install and the fingerprint recognition has been flawless. The KK Home app is intuitive. Definitely pleased with this purchase.

Status update( great customer service)
The door knob fell apart after 2 months of using always had to reprogram the app never worked when I would try and unlock the door from the couch for people the handle broke and parts flew everywhere like it exploded. Update! I Did talk with customer service very great to work with they did refund me the money back plus mailed me another door knob that was unexpected I talked with customer service again to ask did I need to send it back cause they already gave my money back they said nope it’s on veise keep it thanks veise and Aaron was great to work with very nice. I will update to a five star ⭐️

Poor longevity
I’m so sad to be writing this review because we loved this door handle. Bought it in May, it’s now November. It’s been great, the fingerprint and buttons worked well. But all the sudden it’s has stopped working. It will say unlocked successfully but the mechanism that unlocks the door doesn’t engage locking us out. Right now the only way for us to use the smart handle is with the physical key. I have tried new batteries, taking it apart and resetting, however it’s just unfortunately probably a goner. It’s pretty cheap so I would just buy another but I can’t risk getting locked out every 6 or so months. Maybe if you lived in an area with good weather year round this would be more reliable. For reference, we’re in NYS and it’s has just dropped a little below 30F.

easy to use once installed
Easy set up once the lock is in. Like the feature to look and see is coming and going and at what time. The only thing I didn’t like was it did not work with the dead bolt that I have and I did not see a Veise deadbolt that would work with the door lock turn handle without hitting each other

Simple design. Soft smooth curved handle.
Simple design. Works wonderfully. Comes with tap cards, keys and option for multiple fingerprints added through the app. Easy to install and adjust. Left handed or right handed. Purchased in August 2025. In March, noticed a malfunction. Called the company, explained that the lock would not lock even though it says it is. Easily, the replacement was managed and sent out by Collette, who also sent updates throughout the process up until after delivery to make sure everything worked. Thanks alot.

Nice easy install!
Easy instructional pamphlet and video via YouTube for installation. Easy to program. Like having the push-button lock on the inside door that will automatically lock the door for you any time of the day/night. Also that it comes with card key, key, fingerprint and code entry.

Great Lock, Great Customer Support
Six months after installation, the lock is working perfectly, with dependable fingerprint recognition. It’s very versatile with options for using numeric codes, using a card that’s read, and even an old fashioned key. There is also the ability to operate remotely with a separately available smart plug that serves as a WiFi connected gateway. A smartphone app allows remote operation/access, notifications, and the ability to customize the lock by adding fingerprints and codes.And after 6 months, I was surprised to get a phone call from Isabella at Veise customer service. I suspected it was a scam call, or at best a solicitation for buying more products. To my surprise the call was not only legit (I searched the number), but I wasn’t being asked to buy anything, it was just the company reaching out to see if I was having any issues with the product. The agent was very pleasant and professional. That’s a lot of lock and especially support for the price!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I do not recommend this product at all. I purchased 9 of these in June of this year and one by one all 9 of them have gone out. Each one was outside of the return window so at first I ordered two additional locks to replace with the defective ones so I’ve bought a total of 11 but they have all continued to stop working. I own a boarding house and I used these on the bedroom doors so people don’t have to worry about getting locked out of their room if they don’t have the key with them, and the door shuts behind them when they go to the bathroom. These locks are horrible. I have had 3 different tenants get LOCKED IN THEIR ROOMS! The handle turns but the door will not open. From the inside or out. Three other locks kept repeating the same message and would flash green when the code was put in suggesting the door unlocked but it still would not open. One stopped locking completely. And two of them the key pad started flashing red and wouldn’t respond to anything so it would only work with the physical key. I only have two out of the 11 that I have bought now. I’ve been replacing with a different brand as they go out but These are absolutely horrible. Nothing but headaches! Not even worth it if they were FREE!!!
