Nice doorbell camera
Super clear video and great package detectionThis doorbell camera has been awesome so far. The video quality is really sharp and I can see everything clearly even at night. The dual camera setup is a smart idea — one shows the person at the door and the other keeps an eye on packages.Setup took just a few minutes and the connection has been solid thanks to WiFi 6. I get quick alerts when someone shows up or a delivery is made. No monthly fees and it already comes with built-in storage which is a huge plus.If you’re looking for a reliable wired doorbell camera that just works, this is a great choice.

Returned due to unreliable service BUT company stood by their product, very happy customer.
Had to return for refund. Installed to directions and it initially worked ok in Home and Away mode. When my wife got home a few hours later I proudly tried showing off the new video doorbell replacing an old Ring unit. Every time we tried the doorbell, it would ring, then disconnect from the network and we had to restart the unit. Kept getting error messages to verify the network/password. We did this eight times and not keeping it. Might just be a bad unit but I’m done playing with it. We have high speed 5G with 500Mbs download and 40Mbs upload and the doorbell is 15 feet from the router. Ring Doorbell worked ok but wanted a newer unit guess will stick with Ring.Company fully refunded my purchase and requested I try a wireless unit they supplied. It’s a real winner. Installation was simple and it works like advertised. Very impressed with how they stood behind their product and pursued resolution to turn a negative review intro a glowing example in customer service. Thank you.

Very bad quality inspection
I usually don’t give any bad review, but this product made me upset. All features of this product was great and wanted me to buy. So I bought this product a month ago and I had really a hard time to connect with my wifi. I called customer service and they helped me trouble shoot. But the reset button doesn’t work. They told me to return, so I did and get another one. Unfortunately this one the back two screws of the main unit, I couldn’t even open. It got stuck with the plastic. I tried all different types of screw drivers and pliers, but it didn’t move a bit. My son also tried to help me unscrew but nothing works. Very poor quality inspection team. With this poor quality, I am pretty sure even if I able to open it the install, it might give me problem with other things. I am done with the product and going for a different one.

One amazing doorbell camera.
We recently purchased these and installed them to replace ring doorbells. We did a lot of research and settled on these because of the super clear picture. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with this camera. It opens quickly and presents an extremely clear vision of who is at your door. The front door camera shows you not only an upper shot where you can see the person but also a lower shot where you can see packages. When you speak to someone through the camera, it’s like speaking to them face-to-face. Your voice is clear and their voice is clear also. When someone presses your doorbell, it actually calls your phone so you can answer immediately. You don’t even have to wait for the doorbell app to open. Of all of the many products on the market this one is head and shoulders above the rest.When you are installing it, if you are not sure how to do the wiring, choose the battery operated model. I cannot tell you how happy we are with this model and I have nothing but great things to tell you about it. If you’re thinking about buying it consider this one highly. Honestly 11 out of 10.

Very good…just needs a few tweaks to be perfect.
Very impressed with the quality. So far so good. It’s not getting 5 stars due to the less than clear installation instructions. Mostly complete, but lacking a few specific details that make it “due-able” for those without installation experience. Additionally, the settings lack some settings…for example, when someone rings your bell, it comes in as a call on your phone (which is great), but keeps on ringing until you answer or end the call…which means it will keep going and going and going if you are away from your phone. Notwithstanding, it’s a good product and a great alternative to the “R” bell.

Great recording quality
I got this camera to watch over my bedroom and it’s been great. The image quality is super clear and it covers a wide area. I really like the motion tracking and how it can tell the difference between people and pets. Setup was quick and the app works well. No monthly fees and it records to an SD card. Great little camera for the price.

Device itself works as advertised and connected with home network easily. Linked with Alexa to allow existing echos to announce doorbell. The package view camera is a nice touch. Local storage without subscription was what sold us. Device itself is a bit larger than I’d like and app is basic.

I have had this door bell camera for a month now and very pleased. It is my third video door bell( all china vatiabts) and this one is. A step up. Video at night is excellent and also the controls enable me to limit notifications to one’s that I’m interested in rather than just someone walking by. Only downside is that the as card for local recording is only 12g and can’t be changed. There is the option to use the cloud but this is chargeable.

This is really good, easy to setup and charge. App works great. Doorbell lights up with green circle as well as lights underneath speaks saying can I help you. You can speak to the company if issues and they were really helpful. I would definitely recommend this doorbell I love it. Works with Alexa or Google.

Really pleased with this one. I’ve been meaning to get a proper doorbell camera for ages but kept putting it off because I didn’t want to be paying monthly for cloud storage or whatever. This one has built-in storage so no subscription needed, which is brilliant and was basically the main reason I went for it.Setup was dead easy, had it connected and working in no time. The app is genuinely good too, not one of those clunky apps you get with cheaper smart home stuff where everything takes about ten taps to find. Notifications come through quick and the video quality is really clear, even at night. The dual camera thing means you can see packages on the ground as well as peoples faces which is a nice touch.Haven’t had any issues with connectivity.The detection is good, picks up people and packages reliably, though it’s not absolutely perfect – occasionally it’ll miss something or flag up nothing. I honestly don’t know if that’s just what you get with these things or if the big name brands are doing it better, but it hasn’t been a real issue for me. When you factor in the money you’re saving by not paying a subscription every month, this is solid value. Really chuffed with it.

The youkey Doorbell Camera Wired with Chime arrived the next day.The doorbell camera was well packed and came with fittings /chime plus instructions.I found that the doorbell looked to be well made and had dual cameras with head to toe vision /plus 8gb internal storage/There is AI detection for humans / motion and packages.I wanted it to pit up at our front door which was straight forward with all the fittings that came with it and we found that it was also easy to connect via Bluetooth and works with wi fi 6 as well as looking quite smart at the front door.The doorbell worked well with the 2K resolution camera giving out clear pictures and sound with 2 way audio night and day covering head to toe vision.It also worked well with Alexa and we are pleased with this doorbell camera as the dual cameras have a good vision of people etc. at the front door which can be captured with the internal storage or the option with fee by cloud storage.
