I snagged this sensor along with the Tuya hub and water valve, and man, it’s pretty legit! The thing feels sturdy. Plus, you can slap it on the wall, which makes setting it up a breeze.Couple of hiccups, though. The instructions totally skip telling you to yank out the battery insulator—had me scratching my head for a bit. Also, I hooked up an external sensor, thinking it’d vibe with the main one, but nope, it’s one or the other. Kinda annoying, but not a dealbreaker.Overall, I’m stoked with it! It’s solid, does the job, but could use a few tweaks to be perfect.

Picked up this leak detector to pair with my Tuya valve. Setup was a breeze — the sensor connected without any hassle, and the remote probe lets you place it exactly where you want. Nice touch that it comes with a wall mount too.One thing caught me off guard though: once you plug in the external sensor, the main contacts on the unit stop working. I was expecting both to stay active for wider coverage. Would’ve been better if it supported that. That said, the alarm is loud and the battery life looks solid so far — it’s doing the job
