App works well enough. I wish I could add more fingerprints per user. My workaround is to add another user for yourself and add your additional prints there.The product works consistently and solidly.Batteries lasted 3 years. I have add the Ultrloq for 3.5 years. I love not ever having to bring a door lock key with me.The finger print recognition works well. Just remember that just like a smartphone and other fingerprint devices, you can have issue reading your finger prints if your fingerprints are modified from things you do that can smooth them or distort them like sanding something, laboring tools, salting the walkway without gloves, hands very dry. That’s why I love the security of the key pad always available and it works every time for me.

Not worth it. Do not buy, it does not work.
Not a good product. It’s actually a nice lock and has good features but whoever designed it didn’t do a good job at all. It has connection problems and multiple other. It took me an hour to get it setup on the app for admin code and finally found out you have to be standing directly beside it in order for it to connect to your phone. I’m pretty good at figure out tech connections. Even after all of that it still won’t connect to the bridge to access it remotely. Still notifies when someone comes in but can’t access through phone. And today it said it was getting jammed when door was closed. So I would say do not buy this, get something else that actually works. I tried it even though it had bad reviews and it does not work so they were rite. Do not buy

One of the better smart deadbolts we’ve purchased
We’ve purchased multiple schlage smart deadbolts paired with the Wink hub over the last few years and while they worked well most of the time, we had some serious issues from time to time. Needing a new deadbolt for a rental property, we did a lot of research and quickly realized that all smart deadbolts have issues. None are perfect. My spouse had stayed at a rental that had an Ultraloq deadbolt and said that it worked well so we decided to take a chance and try it out. The good: Installation is pretty easy and in addition to the manual there is a nice video that you can follow online. Had one specific issue where if the screws holding the deadbolt to the door are tightened too tightly, then the bolt gets pinched and has a difficult time un-retracting and retracting from the door. So I had to leave the screws barely tightened so that bolt will move freely and not wear out the battery. Will probably have to check on the screws periodically. Other than that, the lock works great and the features are awesome. The app also works well most of the time. The Bad: I had some issues pairing the wifi hub to the lock even though the hub was within 10 ft of the lock. Seems others have had issues as well. Had pair it multiple times before I was confident that it would work and communicate with the lock consistently. We’ve had the lock on the door for about 2 weeks now and it seems to be working quite well, including the app. The app/lock notifications don’t seem to work 100% of the time, but do work most of the time. All in all though, we’re pretty happy with this lock so far.

Great lock!
We love this lock. We got it for our garage a year ago and just bought another one for our front door. Works super well. App is easy to use and makes us feel safe if we forget to lock the door it auto locks for us.

This lock is terrific – it’s easy to use, relatively easy to instal, and I love that I can program it remotely to let anyone I want into the house with the own unique code. I also love that I can remotely lock the door, or re-program so that a user no longer has access.I struggled to get the wifi bridge working, but the team at Ultraloq were fantastic. They very quickly determined that the bridge was faulty and sent me a new one, which arrived within 2 days.Goodbye keys!
