Great lock, quality unit, works great.
Love these locks – they are my go to brand now for house and commercial where electronic locks are appropriate. Solid construction, many ways to open (fingerprint, numbers code, a card, a physical key, bluetooth from the app). Glad to see their app got better over the last year, definitely an improvement.

Quality product
This is a good product, I have bought it several times for my offices, It had failed twice at about 12 months but it gets a lot of use, it is opened between 80 to 100 times per day or about 20,000 to 26,000 a year, I think that’s a pretty good number, I can imagine for residential use it will last a lot of years. Very easy to setup with the TT lock app and if you are replacing one that uses TT lock you can just upload the regitries from a previous lock (except for the fingerprints).

Quite Impressed
Purchased this for the shed, and for a lock not made by any of the big name brands my expectations weren’t real high. However i was pleasantly surprised when i unboxed it and felt the quality of it. The quality of the lock, keys, tags etc is right up there with any of the big brand names.Installation was very simple, the holes and latch of my Australian door exactly matched this lock so i did not need to make any alterations to the door frame or door itself except one thing. It says this lock accomodates doors from 35mm to 55mm thick. My door was only 33mm thick, so when the screws were done up it didn’t make the inside and outside latches clamp together tight.I could of possibly cut 3mm off the 3 screws and off the square spindle, but i decided to use a thin sheet of plywood. I traced around the big internal rubber grommet to make a plywood backing plate with some screw holes i drilled in it. This sits on the interior side of the door between handle and door.So after getting it installed i setup the TTLock app. No issues with that, and i added the RFID cards, custom pin codes, fingerprints and physical keys.It works perfectly, i absolutely love it. Not having to remember (and loose) keys all the time is so awesome!Also to those few who have said they occasionally have issues with the fingerprints not picking up. Try making 2 or 3 profiles for yourself. So you haveTroy 1: Tip of thumbTroy 2: Middle of thumbTroy 3: Base of thumbThis way your entire thumb is mapped, and no matter how your thumb lands on the lock it should register.Enjoy! And i’m looking forward to my next Kucacci purchase, probably the Gateway.

JUNK DO NOT BUY Permenant passcode resets weekly and they cant fix it
terrible product the permenant code resets weekly making it useless. i have been trying to get support to help me and all they say is that i have 30 days…i was 1 day out of that window because we set the locks and left town for over a month as it is installed on our 2nd home, had no idea neither lock reset until we returned 40 days later

Great Locks
I have 3 Kucacci door locks and now installed this one. I like their products as everything is included to make it and easy install. Mine connect to the TTlock application which is perfect for me. I can remotely lock and unlock each lock.Customer support is great. I had one lock go bad and it was covered by the Kucacci one-year warranty. This very unusual on Amazon that a company offers a one-year warranty and actually communicates with its customers. I know that technology keeps changing, and in a couple years there will be all sorts of new devices. That is why these under $100 locks are such a great deal in the market today.

Great handle/lock for my camper. Only downside is it’s not great in the rain. The fingerprint scanner doesn’t work and the touch screen for the code is finicky but it’s great when it’s dry!
