Should have gotten it earlier! Awesome lock!
I have my own painting studio finished and I was looking for a “smart” kind of lock because I need to lock the door, also I don’t want to bring a key to open it/lock it every time. I’ve been eyeing on this one for a long time but was not sure how it works. So finally it went on sale and I decided to try it. I LOVE IT! It’s an indoor lock so for me, I don’t really need weather resistant or whatever. It was very easy to install, just make sure you don’t forget to put the little cable through the back part too. The back cover has a little spring so it was easy to open and remove for installing battery.For the functions, it works well. I set up finger print, ID cards and also PIN code. They were all easy to set up. Then it take 1 sec to unlock using finger print. Then the ID card you just need to make sure you put them between the marks, because you can’t just put it anywhere on the handle. It unlocks fast too. Pin code is easy to use but I rarely use it because the finger print works so well. It’s been about a month and I don’t have a problem with it.The good thing is it also comes with the usb port on the outside, it is for emergency power supply so you can unlock the door and change battery. Oh what a lifesaver! Because when I first installed it, I didn’t see the battery in it and I put in an old battery i guess, so it died right after I set everything up and locked me out! So I found the usb port and read the instruction and plugged it in with my battery charger and it worked, so I opened the door and was able to change the battery. Thoughtful design.

Great product, great price
Really great lock, easy to set up and a bargain for the price, I was sort of worried about going with the cheaper version with no app but setup is a breeze. I honestly didnt want another random app in my life and im happy. This thing feels like great quality, works out of the box. My kids are finally locked out of my room!

Inconsistent
This product works really good only bad thing I have to say is really the consistency of unlocking it with your thumb. Sometimes you have to have your thumb right in the center for it to open. And sometimes it doesn’t work at all and then you would have to use a key or a code for back up. Other than that it’s a good product.

Easy to Use, Secure, and Super Convenient!
I really like this door lock! It was pretty easy to install and feels solid. The fingerprint works fast most of the time, which is super convenient when I don’t have my keys on me. I also like that you can use a code or the app—makes it easy for family or visitors. It looks modern and clean on the door too. Overall, it’s been working great and makes everyday life a little easier. Definitely worth it!

Highly Recommend!
So far we LOVE these door knobs. Easy to install and the app is thorough. All of the hardware was included and the quality is very sleek, we’ve gotten a lot of compliments on them! The best part is using your phone to unlock the door (haven’t tried it while we aren’t home yet though). You can add fingerprints, use a key, or use the key card to access the door and program different people to be able to enter. The app will also tell you who entered at what time as well in case you have kids, expecting a pet sitter, etc.

Pretty good for what you pay.
I’m one of the indecisive neurotic buyers who will search and compare all available products and spend a week to decide what to buy and let me tell you, this smart door knob/lock is well worth the price. After 8 months it still works perfectly, I had to switch this lock to a different room and I was missing some parts and the seller was kind enough to send the parts needed for free.For its price I really give it a 5 star, but it isn’t without its fault. I have never been locked out but I do fear smart products and that one day they might just die on me so I always keep one of the spare physical keys somewhere hidden in the house in case that ever happens but thankfully it hasn’t happened to me yet unlike some of the unfortunate reviewers here.

Unreliable for some house members
I was super excited for this and at first it seemed good, maybe a bit flimsy, but it was fine. Now it’s really annoying though because the other two people in my house randomly can’t get in. The door won’t open for their fingerprints, their codes, or even their keys and it won’t let them in until I pull the app up and unlock it. I’m not sure if I set something up wrong in the app or if it’s something with the door lock itself.

Easy to install and set up, but feels a little cheap
I already had the old knob removed, and it took under 30 mins altogether to install this new one properly. The only issue I had was tightening the two screws that connect the two handles. The rear handle just doesn’t turn quite enough to make it an easy job.It looks decent, but slightly bigger than I’d expected. Material feels a little cheap though, but will suffice at this price point.However, it works very well. App very easy to set up and I was able to add fingerprint and code within seconds. The fingerprint reader is also shockingly fast and accurate. And I was testing it in the 25F NYC winter weather.All in all, I’m happy with the purchase.

The product packaging came great. The functionality works great (tags, key, fingerprint). However the handle itself became a bit flimsy after a few days if use. So for the price, it seems like there’s cheaper options.

Absolutely loved this. I spent ages trying to find one and I got this and it works so good I absolutely love it. It was so easy to install and it is really good quality and nothing was broken and it fit really well. Definitely worth the price and it looks really nice.

Brilliant and easy enough to fit, could have done with a timer function to open and lock at certain times but I assume that is for a WiFi connected version

This lock looks great and was easy to install.The fingerprint scanner works in a snap,and having keypad ,app key back up is super convenient. This autolock is a great feature.The app setup was little fiddly but overall it’s a great modern upgrade for my door.
