Hard to set up.

That they actually do what they are supposed to do!
I bought these after our house had flooded from a bad water heater. Our tankless water heater condensate line had froze due to cold weather and the sensor picked it up right away. Plug in alarm went off and so did my iPhone stated where the leak was. I believe it comes with 5 sensors and then you have to download the app and tell each one where it’s located. Should have bought these a long time ago.
