I installed this smart lock recently and I’m really happy with it so far. The installation took a bit of time, but the instructions were clear enough if you follow step by step. Once it was set up, everything worked smoothly.I really like not having to carry keys anymore. The keypad and app control are super convenient, especially when I come home with groceries or when my hands are full. I can also share access easily which is very helpful.The lock itself feels solid and secure, not cheap at all. It gives me more peace of mind compared to my old lock.

This keyless entry door lock did not disappoint. Easy to install, very durable and it gives a few options to unlock the door, which are key, fingerprint, fob or code. After installation and downloading the app, the lock was ready to use. Easy assembly
The lock works well. I was going to return because the screw in handle was not able to be removed due to a defective screw but since the handle was on the correct side I needed i just kept it. It was very easy to install and after a week is working well. Easy programming as well

A satisfied customer for sure! I like the idea of a lock that doesn’t require a key and have used them for years. My old one broke and after much research, decided on a Nyboer door lock. It does not disappoint. Installation was a little difficult although it could have been the installer. Once installed, programming was a breeze. Easy and quick. I like the idea of the fingerprint reader on the door handle. Your thumb naturally lands on the reader. It unlocked quickly when I gripped the handle. The keypad is nice and bright for nighttime use. It looks nice and stylish. I had a few questions and customer service was knowledgeable and helpful. I’m very glad I made this purchase.

Do not waste your time
Doesn’t work! Installed quickly but I could not get it to unlock at all. It was stuck on some installation mode and would not get off. I worked on it for almost two hours. Searching up everything I could find to get it to work – even using AI. Nothing would work. Found out this is a COMMON issue. RETURNED IT.

Great product and easy to install
Installing is quick, I think only 4 screws. And connecting it takes a bout a minute. It work since day one. No key needed no more.
