Help make the ride safer
I recently purchased a small speaker for my bike rides. The trouble was that I would have to fumble for the phone to change songs or volume which isn’t safe. This little controller mounts on the handlebars right by my thumb and makes it quick, easy, and safe to control the music. Really a handy little gadget and well worth the money for the safety.

Great for snowmobiling too.
Worked great on my snowmobile trip. I attached this to the handlebars of the sled and I was able to play/pause, adjust volume, skip tracks, and activate Siri through the button. Even with thick gloves it was very easy to use and worked seamlessly with my AirPods.

Works great, easy to pair, but tough to remove/replace the battery.
The remote itself works great and was easy to pair with my iPad. Once your fingers figure out where the buttons are it makes it easy to have complete control over your music without needing to look down. The only negative is when it comes to replacing the battery. Battery life wasn’t bad at all. It’s a cr2032 and lasted a few months , using it two to three times per week at 4ish hours per ride. However replacing the battery was another matter. Getting the cover removed from the base and strap involves twisting the “face” of the remote to expose the battery. Then there’s these tiny phillips head screws that are about as small as you can imagine. Way smaller than even eye glasses screws. Like, it’s amazing that someone figured out how to manufacture a philips head screw that small. I work in IT and just happened to have a set of mini screw drivers that I thought I would never in a million years actually use but I ended up using it here. Aside from that though, the remote works great!

Almost perfect for adventure bike
Just perfect. I have an adventure motorcycle with a Chigee GPS which uses Apple CarPlay paired with my iPhone. Despite the product description, the volume buttons DO work with my Chigee unit, which is important because you cannot otherwise adjust volume through CarPlay. The big buttons are a step up from my previous Bluetooth button setup. The face of the unit can be rotated to align properly with my handlebars.The only nit is that the button is offset from the handlebar due to the mount’s design. In some respects this is nice. But the main drawback is that pushing the button on the far side (for me, volume up) pushes the unit away, making it rotate. So I have to use two fingers to volume up (with the second behind the button to prevent rotation). This despite putting a rubber sleeve underneath it and tightening the strap as much as I could.

Does exactly what you what it to do
I use this as a Bluetooth remote for my phone while I’m driving to control my music. I have an Android and the features like holding the play/pause button to activate the assistant work on my phone. I like the way it secures to my steering wheel with the rubber band but since it’s in my car I have no plans to test its waterproof claim. I’m sure it’s good for using on a bike as the buttons light up green when you press them and the rubber feels pretty good and doesn’t feel like it’s cheap or that it will wear out over time. The only downside which is not enough for me to remove a star is sometimes if I knock it with my hand a certain way while I’m turning the wheel, I can dislodge it from its holder but it’s not that big of a deal. I think that has more to do with the fact that it’s on the steering wheel. Comes with a battery so great product here all around honestly.

Update: February 27, 2026Remote fell out of mount while biking, never to be seen again.It’s sad that a decent device is so badly let down by the mount.——Original Review: February 17, 2026——So far, I’ve only used it for one bike ride, and it worked great.However, the mount is pretty flimsy, and the remote attaches very loosely – I won’t be surprised if it drops out at some point.If the manufacturer is reading this: please make a version with no mount included, but compatible with an existing mount system like GoPro or Garmin.

Great e bike control for sound systems
I can’t speak for battery life, but the functionality is very quick and reactive and I use this on my electric bike to change tracks on my sound system, connect well compatible with my iPhone I believe it has a great range and I love the fact that I could do volume control and tracks.

Works well. Batteries replaceable to replace batteries, you twist the head. Works well on a motorcycle handlebars

Excelente. Solo un detalle. Que no afecta su funcionamiento, pero igual se podría toman en cuenta. Lo enlazo con un dispositivo android, hacia una pantalla clarion que tiene el carplay Bluetooth de OTTOCAST. Sinelazas el control y la interfaz de ottocas está activa. El control de volumen no va a funcionar. Tendrás que hacerlo desde la pantalla. Si solo está enlazado mediante Bluetooth todo funciona correctamente. Excelente producto. Estoy muy conforme con la compra. Muy recomendable.
