Excellent camera!
My husband and I have purchased other Zumimall cameras and have been impressed by their durability, picture quality, and ease of use. This doorbell camera did not disappoint! The picture quality is great, and it was so easy to set up. We really love the fact that you don’t have to pay for a subscription to play back videos. An SD card is needed, but that’s not a big deal. I definitely recommend this doorbell camera!

This came just as pictured – nicely packaged, sleek, and versatile. The setup was easy for the app and installation was a breeze as well. I haven’t had it setup long enough to know how the battery longevity is. I do wish there was an alternative of solar powered framing rather than having to take it off when charging is needed, however, it’s not a big deal breaker for me but may be for some. I think the value was reasonable, I was hoping I’d be able to find a white one to better blend with my home. I will update at a later time once I have had the use for a while.

Great doorbell and camera!
This doorbell camera works perfectly, good sound, great picture, good detail even in the dark! I bought a micro-SD card instead of buying a subscription. I set my motion alerts to record up to 10 seconds, which is usually sufficient. I recharge it every two weeks. I do not have it constantly recording at night. It’s easy to charge the camera and the doorbell chime. The chime is decently loud. I’m glad I bought this!

Great affordable Doorbell camera without a subscription.
This is a really good Doorbell camera. It has a lot of adjustable features in the app and is great at picking up movement. Once a person rings the bell, the device “calls” your phone and you can converse with the person at your door. The picture quality is excellent. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is the camera does NOT have a wide angle lens. So, if someone approaches the entrance coming down the sidewalk at my house, but never steps up onto the porch, I cant see them. Its a kitchen entrance and there is no way to mount it at an angle to catch the sidewalk leading to the porch. They would have to walk down the driveway or step up and stand directly in front of the camera. I would say the view is about 10-12 ft wide once you get out about 4ft from the camera. I hope this makes enough sense to help! I mounted the camera according to the instructions provided by the manufacturer. The setup and install were very easy. The camera was very affordable and this was an easy choice for me, as I already have cameras by this manufacturer that I enjoy. There is a cloud subscription to buy if you want to, but I opted for the MicroSD card instead so I dont have to pay. I just installed it a few weeks ago, so I can’t speak to long-term battery life. Currently, the battery indicator says its about 3/4 full after a few weeks of use.

Great Camera & Even Better Support
Bought this camera for my mom. The image is clear and very nice quality. The doorbell chime is pleasant. You can adjust the volume. We really like the camera has a tamper alarm.We did have an issue with the firmware that was resolved remotely and quickly. They advised it would take 24 hours but it was only a few hours and everything was working perfectly again. Customer service is responsive. We would buy this again.

Not Playing recorded Videos, Now
Bought this doorbell camera, P8 last year after having bought an older model P8 doorbell camera a few years before. The older camera works great but the newer camera started a problem where it doesn’t allow me to playback video. It records but will not allow me to play them back. I’ve tried everything from resetting the device, to reinserting and changing the SDmicro card and still can’t figure out why this is happening.It’s a good camera otherwise, and thankfully the older version still works great. Maybe this one has an update issue. I hope it will update and fix the record playback issue. What made the difference between this doorbell camera and my older P8 doorbell camera is that I could turn the blue light doorbell button off so that people approaching my door would not necessarily know it was recording. The older model doesn’t have that feature so every time it records, the blue light button illuminates and so anyone would know they are being recorded. It’s a little diffemce, but I liked having the option to turn it off in the settings.Because the new camera is not working as it should after about a year, I’m going to have to deduct two stars. But, I will give it a full 5 stars if this glitch is fixed with some update. Will let you know.
